My name is Murtala Abubakar known as Dr. Ibn Abubakar. I live and work here in Abuja as a class teacher, a student, a naturopathic doctor and an officer. I started my quest for naturopathic medicine some years back from my late grandmother (may God have mercy on her). I am able to gather some little knowledge which some of my colleagues and clients thought is bigger though. I have teachers in this noble field, colleagues, clients and family members who will testify and bear me witness to the authenticity of what I intend to pass across.

I specializes in many aspect of natural therapy such as African traditional medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Islamic medicine, cupping therapy, hydrotherapy, ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) and a little bit of Acupuncture therapy.
With time i have developed a convenient way in coming up with vital resources in this field which has helped me achieved a lot. I studied human anatomy and physiology, phytochemistry, diseases and some diagnostic methodologies.

As I often mentioned, the training is a unique one,,,I said so because I have seen many practitioners who give half backed knowledge to those who learn under them and leaving them stranded with no hope of development. Those who know me well will testify that I don't hide what I know, that's how God made me, as everyone has his or her portion of provision that will definitely reach them.

These herbs I am willing to share with you have outstanding results among many. It will help practitioners to develop more interest and pave way for an easy research as I will also give you my unique way of getting it done conveniently.

The spider plant is an ornamental indoor plant native to tropical and southern Africa. According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals (ASPCA), the spider plant is listed as non-toxic for pets. But it is still advised to keep pets away from this plant and do not let them eat the leaves as that may pose a potential risk. The spider plant contains chemical compounds that are said to be related to o***m, which may give the pet an upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhea.

Speeds Recovery of Patients

According to several pieces of research, adding the spider plant to hospital rooms speeds up the recovery rate of surgical patients compared to patients in rooms without the plant. The patients require less pain medication, do not suffer from blood pressure or heart rate issues, experience less anxiety or depression and are released from the hospital sooner.

Increases Humidity

The spider plant is a perennial with a high transpiration rate. It absorbs water through its roots and then circulates the moisture through stems and leaves.
