CHOOSING HEALTHY FOODS.
There are only two ways to live, one is to live well and the other is to live with constant pain and agony. Death in this case is not an option except if such a person commits su***de.
Choosing how to live healthy involves the types of food we eat and drink that we choose to remain healthy. Most of us eat according to how we were brought up, the environment that tended us to adulthood, and the friends we chose to live our lives with. In each case, we have a choice to make. We can either go with the crowd or live on our terms. The best is to live on our terms according to how our body is made and how it responds to our food and drinks. Copying what others eat and drink, and the ways they live their lives is a disaster waiting to happen. Each individual is a specie different from the other person, as we are all created to be unique in different ways.
However, there are common paths that unite us in several ways, leading to different destinations in our bodies and mind. While some of us are made to flourish with certain things, others are to wither in the same things.
Choosing our food is one of the things that unite us in very unique ways. Some foods have common pathways in giving us good health while some are not quite good to others. In most cases, foods grown from the soil are mostly having a common path in our buildup. An example is the fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, and roots. These groups of food are natural and our systems can relate with them easily. Eating them at specific times is also uniting in a healthy destination.
Choosing to eat our fruits and vegetables in the morning on an empty stomach is one of the best ways to keep our health and wellness in optimum form. The starved body over the night might have become weak and needy of renewed energy from what we eat and drink. Fruits and vegetables are the ready-packed health-giving energy combo that quickly replaces the needed strength we need. Having worked overnight, most of our organs are famished and need immediate energy. These fruits and vegetables are fully packed with nutrients that can renew the lost energy and strength of our organs and systems. Our hearts, brains, kidneys, livers, and many others work round the clock with stored energy but they are exhausted before we wake up in the morning. Choosing these ready-made foods is our best bet for starting the new day.
Most of us chose the wrong food for the right time, and it tends to plummet the body's activities that are needed to function in our lives. This choice is mutually exclusive for all of us since our organs are similar in their functions.
Our bodies need immediate strength and energy when we wake up in the morning, fruits and vegetables are the food that can easily replace them. Eating fruits and vegetables in the morning on an empty stomach is the ideal way of starting the day's activities. The prepacked nutrients in these natural products enhance the activities of the body, as our organs can easily relate with them. They are with the enzymes that digest and metabolize them to the point that our bodies can utilize them.
The only way for the human body to get healed is by eating naturally grown food that can help in repairing the damaged parts of our organs. Some of the food we indulge in are the sources of our illnesses and diseases, as we have seen in metabolic syndrome like Diabetes. The earlier we can distinguish those that are inimical to our health and avoid them, the better will be our predisposition to healing. Encouraging the consumption of fruits and vegetables on an empty stomach in the morning, while avoiding animal proteins in our meals will help to prevent chronic diseases. It can also help in the repairs and maintenance of our good health.
Any society that is interested in the health of its people will spend more of its resources on preventive healthcare services than curative healthcare.
The addiction business of drugs throughout life will be curtailed while people become more healthy and productive in all their dealings. Drugs are supposed to be for temporary stoppage in damages that are ongoing in our systems, while the body takes over the eventual healing. When any human being is placed on drugs for life, the path of addiction and the inability of the body to heal has been opened. Most drugs have their individual side effects that are not related to the initial diseased conditions they ought to cure. The only way to cure is to encourage the body through adequate nutrition and other lifestyle changes to reverse the problems that it can recognize. Medications and drugs are not to be given for lifelong dependency, it encourages the wrong choice in our food and drinks for health and wellness.
