🌿WATERLEAF ROOT 🌿
Waterleaf root (from the plant Talinum triangulare) is a lesser-known part of the plant compared to the leaves, but in traditional African herbal medicine, the root is believed to have several healing properties, especially when prepared correctly.

Cleaned, chopped water leaf roots (a small handful)

3. Strain and drink ½ cup while warm.
