As we step into a new year, I want to sincerely appreciate each one of you for your dedication, patience, and commitment to the vision of Inleโ€™s Youth Empowerment Initiatives. Your passion for positive change, especially in addressing deviant behaviors among our youths, is the strength behind our impact.

This new year calls us to serve with renewed energy, unity, and purpose. We will face challenges, but we will also create solutions. Let us remain focused, innovative, and disciplined in our approachโ€”leading not just with words, but with action and integrity.

On behalf of Inleโ€™s Youth Empowerment Initiatives, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of our first outreach.

First and foremost, we return all glory to God, whose grace, guidance, and favor made this milestone possible.

To our resource persons who anchored the key sessions, thank you for your expertise, your time, and your passion. Your impact enriched the program and inspired every participant.

IYEI School Outreach 2025-Day Three

At Inleโ€™s Youth Empowerment Initiative (IYEI), we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, make sound decisions, and lead a purposeful and impactful life.

Today, ๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’•๐’†๐’‚๐’Ž ๐’‰๐’‚๐’… ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐’‘๐’“๐’Š๐’—๐’Š๐’๐’†๐’ˆ๐’† ๐’๐’‡ ๐’—๐’Š๐’”๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ Government Secondary School, Shikpeche, where we connected with students, shared life-changing lessons, and inspired positive transformation.

Our team also addressed crucial societal issues such as:
Drug abuse
Indecent dressing
Cultism
Cybercrime
Early pregnancy
Leadership and moral values

Impact on the Students
The session was not a one-way lecture. Students asked questions, shared their thoughts, and reflected deeply on their personal experiences.
Many expressed how enlightening and helpful the discussions wereโ€”especially in understanding the real-world dangers surrounding young people and how they can rise above negative influences.

IYEIโ€™s approach helped the students:
โ€ขBuild confidence
โ€ขGain clarity on life choices
โ€ขUnderstand leadership and moral integrity
โ€ขRealize their potential to become responsible citizens

The teachers also acknowledged how beneficial the engagement was in reinforcing discipline and positive behavior among students.

New School Club Initiative
As part of our visit, we established an IYEI School Club to help students dramatize and creatively explore the issues discussed.
Through drama, role-play, and group activities, the club will continue to strengthen:

ยฐ Leadership skills
ยฐ Critical thinking
ยฐ Teamwork

IYEIโ€™s School Outreach โ€” Day 2

Day two took us to Obanliku Community Secondary School, Sankwala, and Busi Community Secondary School, and the experience was nothing short of inspiring.

The students were open, they laughed, they asked questions, and they actually listened. We talked about the everyday things they deal with, friends, choices, pressure, behaviour and it felt more like a conversation than anything serious.

Each school had its own vibe, but the warmth was the same. You could tell they appreciated having someone talk to them in a way they could relate to.

In both schools, we also formed clubs to keep the students engaged and help them stay connected to everything we discussed.

Day two was simple, real, and refreshing.
