Hey there!

I know I’ve been gone for a while, but I haven’t given up on the podcast just yet. In order to bring things back to the origins of the podcast by putting a microscope on uncomfortable yet important topics, I’ve got an upcoming episode for you with my take on the movie of the summer; IT ENDS WITH US.

It ends with us is a story about love, loss, friendship, parenting choices and what it looks like to navigate the trappings of an ab*sive relationship. I will be looking at all the decisions Lilly makes throughout her relationship with Ryle up until the moment it finally dawns on her to make the critical decision to leave him for good. This is a case study on the life and experience of the “people pleaser/push over”, why you do what you do, why it’s not your fault but your responsibility if you want things to change and what you can do to put an end to the cycle.
