At Padiyath Mayfield Specialist Hospital, we’re looking for an HMO Partnership Manager to expand collaborations, streamline healthcare access, and position our 340-bed facility as a preferred partner for HMOs across Nigeria’s capital.
About the Role
You will drive partnerships that increase patient referrals, optimize HMO engagement, and promote specialized services like ophthalmology, pediatrics, cardiology, gynecology, and radiology. Using innovative campaigns and health awareness events, you’ll strengthen loyalty while ensuring seamless HMO integration for both corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Forge and maintain relationships with HMOs, insurance providers, and corporate wellness teams
• Negotiate health packages, panels, and referral agreements
• Collaborate with marketing, corporate sales, and IT to optimize HMO lead conversion
• Track KPIs like patient referrals, retention, and package uptake
• Plan campaigns tied to health events (World Diabetes Day, World Glaucoma Day, etc.) to attract members
• Provide analytics and reports to leadership to inform growth strategy
