Today, we pause for World Su***de Prevention Day 🕊️💛
Every 40 seconds, a life is lost to su***de. Behind those numbers are people with dreams, families, and futures gone too soon. But su***de is not inevitable, it is preventable.

This year reminds us to challenge harmful myths, speak with compassion, and create spaces where it’s safe to seek help. Silence isolates, but honest conversations can save lives.

1. I love God like crazy. I spend around 3hrs daily in His presence. I am also addicted to my Bible App daily streak that I think I will be mad depressed if I lost my streak.

2. ⁠I look unapproachable but I’m as friendly as they come.

3. ⁠I am VERY emotional and I cry a lot (when I’m watching tv, when someone narrates a bad or good ordeal, when I’m feeling frustrated, and when I’m happy).

4. ⁠I can do 8 straight unassisted pull ups, deadlift 120kg, squat 140kg, thrust 300kg, and chest press 90kg.

5. ⁠I am bold, confident, and confrontational but I’m actually an introvert and I enjoy my own company the most.

6. ⁠I can create content for free and reject clients and brand deals because something else pays my bills (fx, crypto, thriving media company). I only charge for value sake not cause I need money.

7. ⁠I live a lowkey life on code (so you can never see the signs) but I am rich enough to dress however I like (crocs, messy hair, faded tees). I don’t need to impress anyone.

8. ⁠I pretend like I don’t care about weight but I secretly do. My fear of adding brought me into this life and kept me long enough to do it for health too.

9. ⁠I am an emotional non-eater so when my emotions are high, my appetite disappears.

10. ⁠My days can go from super busy to super “not doing anything” depending on whatever project I decide to k!ll time with. But I spend my slow days mostly researching health stuff, watching tv, studying charts (iykyk), writing books, and yelling at my son. But I tell everyone I’m mad busy 🥹 (pretend you didn’t read this: I’m still mad busy).

11. ⁠I am a busy body so I occasionally introduce stress factors into my life for nothing. Then I go through the unnecessary process of eradicating the stress. Imagine?!

12. ⁠I love my husband of 11 years to the moon with no return.

Many people think IVF is a slam dunk, a sure way to have a baby. But the truth is, it’s not that simple.

IVF is not just something you “do” because it’s an option. It’s a serious medical process that comes with its own challenges, risks, and limits.

👉🏽 IVF works better when you are younger. The younger your age, the higher your chances.

👉🏽 To get close to a 99% success rate, most women need to go through three full cycles. And if pregnancy doesn’t happen after those 3 tries, doctors say the chances of getting pregnant are very low.

What we don’t talk about enough is the toll IVF takes. It can strain the body, bring tough side effects, cause emotional pain, drain finances, and sometimes still end without a baby.

That’s why we shouldn’t take IVF lightly or treat it like it’s “just another option.” It is serious and should be spoken about with care and compassion.

IVF has helped many families, but in the end, children are a gift from God. Let’s not focus only on the method and forget the Giver 🙏🏾

Join me on upper body day with a busted shoulder and my agbalumo gum (no microplastics 🙂‍↔️)
Few weeks ago, I dived to protect my son from something and I dislocated my left shoulder.
I’m healing nicely. Still doing the work (as much as I can) while I rehabilitate my shoulder. After progressing to 8-12 pull ups unassisted, I’m back to 3 both assisted and unassisted!!! issokay!! 🫠

Dear fellow gender, I don’t want to believe the things I am seeing online these days. I want to believe that beauty and intelligence are not mutually exclusive. The people getting triggered by this question mostly honestly cannot even express their value (if they have any), both in words or action.

When someone asks, “What do you bring to the table?” it’s not an attack. You can say “you bring yourself (fearfully and wonderfully made)” but please don’t call yourself a table. It’s a step down not a step up.

Yes, you have a womb and can carry children and that’s enough. You can embody it with pride and express it with grace. Motherhood and caring for a home is a high calling but not every woman can do it cause it’s not easy.

It’s a valid question (even though I consider it stupid) and it’s okay to reflect before answering even if you want to clap back, clap back well. You don’t have to live your life to please any man but the way you see and refer to yourself matters.

Instead of parroting mainstream answers, at least show that you have some unique sense of your own.

Let’s stop dodging valid questions and hiding behind catchy clapbacks and start embracing real self-awareness and self worth.

So, what do you bring to the table?🎯

As for me, in this table of earth, I bring God’s light, beauty, commitment to healing His world by knowledge dissemination and inspiring healthy living. I also bring graceful motherhood, business acumen, and unmatched wife skills. I am a city set on a hill. I walk by the spirit and pursue truth. I strive to be an example that God is real.
