I wasn’t even trying that night.
No makeup. Hoodie. Chapstick.
But the moment he saw me, his eyes dragged—slow, hungry, certain.
Not pretty.
Not cute.
Want.
He didn’t smile.
Didn’t blink.
Just said, “You’re the quiet kind of trouble.”
His voice wasn’t deep. It was deliberate—like a hand sliding under silk.
I felt it. Everywhere.
He walked past me, barely brushing.
But my skin lit up like I’d been kissed.
“You flinch when someone sees you,” he said, stepping close, “but I see you anyway.”
“You talk like you know how this ends,” I whispered.
He smirked. “I do.”
He didn’t ask.
He took.
Pulled me into the hallway like he owned the night.
His palm hit the wall beside my face.
His breath warmed my neck.
He didn’t touch me.
He just hovered.
And somehow, that was worse.
This is stupid,"I whispered"
“So don’t follow me next time,” he said, eyes on my lips.
Then he leaned in.
Slow.
Like sin wearing cologne.
He kissed me like we were already naked.
Like he knew where I broke.
Like he planned to stay there.
And just when I melted—he stopped.
Pulled back, smiling like the devil in soft lighting.
“I haven’t even touched you yet.”
And left me wrecked.
