We are not praying you shall fall sick, we are praying that you shall be healthy through out this year but for you to be healthy you need to do the following;
1. Visit your clinic/ physician on regular basis for medical checkup.
2. Eat healthy food: balance diet
3. take enough water
4. Rest when is time to rest.
5. Exercise your body
6. Avoid or minimize too much of alcohol intake.
7. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
Any one that is not captured here when visit your physician, he or she can tell you more in details.

We are wraping up for the year 2024.
It will be unfair, to traveling a far journey without giving your wife a kiss or even ordinary hug.

Gratitude is a virtue, we were thought that everyone must develop it. Please Underlying the word "must" in the above statement, eget why.

Uncle you get mind ooh, you just sit down one place take 7 bottles at once, liver cancer/disease or kidney issue is not my problem with you now.
I'm away someone is buying it for you sometimes but not an extant of 7 bottles bro.

I'm equally away that for past months now business is dull, nothing is entering your Aza.

I'm also away is a mood enhanccer you want to use them calm down and forget your sorrow.

I want to draw your attention to this information, that you are exchanging your future generations with this drinks, I know next question will be how?
On my own research carryout on average young youth on Semen Fluid Analysis (SFA). Honestly, nothing to write home about. 80% of them confirmed they consumed Alcohol in daily basis some weekly basis.

Now the two balls in between your legs contain nothing again, only semen no s***matozoa again. I know I'm written in parables what I mean here is the excessive consumption of alcohol have contributed to damaging your s***m, in other words you may not be able to pregnant a woman by the time you get married, some weak ej*******on you see now.

Drink moderate, drink wisely, drink responsibly
