What are varicose veins?

When bottle-feeding with expressed breast milk or infant formula, keep the bottle slightly tipped.
This helps the milk flow steadily and prevents your baby from swallowing air.

If the teat goes flat while feeding, gently pull on the corner of your baby’s mouth to release the suction.

It’s common for babies to look a bit yellow in their first few days of life. This is called jaundice.

🍃 Their little liver is still learning to remove a yellow substance called bilirubin.
⏳ Most times, it clears up on its own by 2 weeks without harm.

What to do:

✅ Stay that way for 5–10 minutes

In about 2 weeks, the wax should come out naturally.

🚫 Don’t use cotton buds or finger — they push the wax in deeper!

Prevent the risk by doing the following -
• Keep up with childhood vaccinations ✅
