Swimming is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it’s also a good way to relax and feel good. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: • keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body • builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness • helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs • tones muscles and builds strength • Provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. Bolton White Swimming Academy recommends 10 lessons for you to swim effortlessly. Each class runs for 1 hour. Classes run after work from 5pm till 8pm ( Mon - Fri),(10am till 8pm for Saturdays and Sundays) In 10 classes, you will learn to swim two styles (Breaststroke and Freestyle) and get details of a-2 weeks “swim -to-slim” programme which is highly effective for excessive weight loss. Bolton White Swimming Academy also coach children,couples and run private home classes on special request .
