Swimming is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it’s also a good way to relax and feel good. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: • keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body • builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness • helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs • tones muscles and builds strength • Provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. Bolton White Swimming Academy recommends 10 lessons for you to swim effortlessly. Each class runs for 1 hour. Classes run after work from 5pm till 8pm ( Mon - Fri),(10am till 8pm for Saturdays and Sundays) In 10 classes, you will learn to swim two styles (Breaststroke and Freestyle) and get details of a-2 weeks “swim -to-slim” programme which is highly effective for excessive weight loss. Bolton White Swimming Academy also coach children,couples and run private home classes on special request . Our mission is to instill a life-long love of swimming and to build a program of excellence in training to all clients we come in contact with. Our lesson philosophy is summed up together in the acronym SWE (Swimming With Easy)

KIDS SWIMMING LESSONS
Bolton White swimming academy
has taught thousands of children to love the water. Enrol swimming class for your kids.
LEVEL 1
Children ages at least 3 years of age and older can adjust to the water and a swim lesson setting. Instructors focus on introducing the following skills: water entries and exits, bubble blowing, underwater exploration, kicking, arm movements, body position, and supported locomotion.
LEVEL 2
Prerequisite: Level 1 skills. Instructors will build on prior water abilities focusing on the following basic skills: floating, gliding, retrieving underwater objects, and unsupported swimming on front and back.
LEVEL 3
Prerequisite: Level 2 skills. Students at this level will learn the freestyle and backstroke. Instructors will introduce treading water, rhythmic breathing, and promote water safety. Most skills will be performed independently.
LEVEL 4/5
Prerequisite: Level 3 skills. Students will work on their endurance during the freestyle and backstroke They will be introduced to breaststroke, new ways of treading water, diving, and rotary breathing.
