Many have lost their baby in pregnancy because someone touched their tummy in the name of massage

Some women thinks that if they didn't get tummy massage during pregnancy they will end up with cs

Some women who had have cs before want to do a tummy massage to avoid another cs not knowing that tummy massage is even more risky, dangerous and even not advisable for someone with a previous scar.

Sometimes all we need is to explain to our mothers and elders the risk involved in some of the actions they push us to do.

Generally It’s not only a risk for the mother when she engage in tummy massage in pregnancy but also for the baby especially when you’ve had previous cs scar.

Tummy massage without proper guide could land you in serious wahala in pregnancy. Don’t allow anybody without a proper training and good monitoring machine to touch you in the name of giving you a tummy massage in pregnancy.

Be careful and stay safe especially in pregnancy don’t forget many lives are involved here.

Health effects of consuming too much salt

*High Blood Pressure: Excessive salt consumption can lead to high blood pressure (hypertension), which is a major risk factor for heart disease.

*Increased Blood Volume: Too much salt can cause the body to retain fluid, leading to increased blood volume. This can put extra strain on the heart.

*Stroke: Excessive salt consumption can also increase the risk of stroke by damaging blood vessels in the brain.

*Kidney Damage: High blood pressure can damage the kidneys.

Recommendations
*Limit Salt Intake: The American Heart Association recommends consuming no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, with an ideal limit of 1,500 milligrams per day for most adults.

*Choose Low-Sodium Options: Opt for low-sodium foods, and season meals with herbs and spices instead of salt.

*Monitor Blood Pressure: Regularly check your blood pressure and work with your healthcare provider to manage it if it's high.

By being mindful of salt intake and maintaining a balanced diet, you can help protect your heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems🙏

Ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, often in the fallopian tube. This condition affects about 1-2% of pregnancies and can be life-threatening if not treated promptly.

*Risk Factors:*

*Previous ectopic pregnancy
*Tubal damage
*Smoking
*Infertility

*Symptoms:*

*Abdominal pain
*Vaginal bleeding
*Missed periods or irregular menstrual cycles.
* Tenderness in the area surrounding the fallopian tubes.
*Shoulder pain

*Diagnosis:*

*Ultrasound*Transvaginal ultrasound is used to locate the pregnancy.
*Blood tests*Serial beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) levels are measured to monitor the pregnancy.

*Treatment:*

*Medical management*Methotrexate is used to stop cell growth and dissolve existing cells.
*Surgical management* surgery is necessary to remove the ectopic pregnancy.

*Complications:*

*Rupture*A ruptured ectopic pregnancy can cause severe bleeding and shock.
*Infertility*Ectopic pregnancy can damage the fallopian tubes and cause infertility

Note:the picture below and mark where the ectopic pregnancy is implanted. That is why early scan is advised once you find out you are pregnant go for obstetric scan to know if the fetus is implanted at the right place

SOMEBODY VILLAGE PEOPLE DON FINALLY LOCATE AM!!!
This young man entered FCMB bank branch yesterday, went straight to the toilet and locked himself there, then climbed inside the ceiling. When he noticed that all the staff had gone, he came down and tried to hack into the computers in the banking hall. He also locked himself inside. This morning when the bankers arrived for the days job, they noticed the door was locked from inside. They broke the door and went in only to find a young man hiding in the ceiling. As they turned on their computers, it started showing *“restarting, click ok to accept”*"
