🌸 Ever Heard of HSG? 🌸

Many women struggling with infertility get asked to do a test called HSG (Hysterosalpingogram) – but the name alone can sound scary!

👉 HSG is an X-ray test that checks if your fallopian tubes are open or blocked and if the uterus is healthy. It’s often one of the first steps doctors recommend when pregnancy seems delayed.

💡 Why it matters:

Blocked tubes = spèrm and egg can’t meet.

Abnormalities in the uterus = implantation challenges.

A clear HSG can save months (or years) of guessing.

But here’s the real gist many women want to know 👇
💬 “Is HSG painful?”
💬 “Does it actually improve your chances of getting pregnant?”
💬 “Should both partners be tested, or just the woman?”

✨ Some women even report getting pregnant naturally shortly after the test because the dye may “flush” the tubes.

Yes, sometimes recurring miscarriages aren’t only from the woman’s side. Men’s health matters too! 🧬
Doctors may check for:
✅ Spèrm quality & DNA fragmentation
✅ Infections
✅ Hormonal balance (test0sterne, etc.)
✅ Lifestyle factors (alcoh0l, sm0king, stress, poor sleep)
✍️ Esther
💡 Both partners should be tested when miscarriages keep happening. It’s a team journey, not a solo one.
