CONDEMNABLE KILLINGS AT GOSKA, JEMA’A LGA
The saddening news of the killings of about 5 Persons in Goska in Kaninkon Chiefdom of Jema’a LGA jolted every peace loving person. This incident is coming within less than 2 weeks of a similar incidents at Golkofa and Godogodo . These killings have followed a regular pattern that is incessant and without any apparent trigger.
We condemn such cowardly and dastardly acts which motivate is to put the people in perpetual state of fear especially now that the farming season is setting in. We challenge the security Agencies to unravel the perpetrators of these criminal acts and bring them to book. Failure to carry out thorough investigation of similar acts in the past have created an atmosphere of impunity which has continued to embolden the Criminals. This has to stop.
I, on behalf of myself and the People of Jema’a/Sanga, wish to condole the immediate families of the bereaved and the Kaninkon Community.
We urge the People of Goska to remain calm while being very vigilant just as we urge the Security Agencies to end the impunity by unraveling the perpetrators of these crimes and bringing them to book.

Me and My Beautiful Wife, Dr (Mrs) Ruth Shehu Garba, Visited All The Patients On Admission At The Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa General Hospital Kafanchan Today. We Prayed For God's Divine Healing Upon All Of Them, And Donated Some Cash To Settle Their Medical Bills.

INAUGURATION OF THE 9TH ASSEMBLY-APPRECIATION.
I wish to convey my sincere appreciation to all those who either attended or sent goodwill messages on the occasion of our inauguration for the 9th Assembly.
My thanks also go to the generality of our Constituents for their continuing support.
As we mark the formal Democracy Day today, we can take it almost for granted that democratic governance has come to stay in Nigeria.Whether the lives of our people has improved over the period of 20 years of Democratic Governance remains an open question.
As the 9th Assembly kicks off,I wish to assure the generality of our People of my resolve to continue providing them a robust representation at the National Assembly .

BOREHOLE AT HAYIN-GADA
The attention of Hon S.N.Garba aka Sarkin-noma has been drawn to a signpost erected on an old Borehole which is purported to have been drilled under 2018 Constituency Projects.
For the purpose of clarity,Constituency Projects are sponsored either by the Member or Senator representing the area in question.Such projects,when executed,carry details that include name of the Contractor,the awarding Government Agency and the name of the Sponsor of the Project.
With regards to the Borehole in question,the Member Representing Jema'a Sanga wish to state categorically that he never sponsored the drilling of any New Borehole at UNRBDA as part of his 2018 Constituency Projects.
All Projects being executed by Hon Sarkin-noma as his Constituency Projects have his name clearly written as the Sponsor.
The attention of UNRBDA and other relevant Agencies has been drawn to this anomaly for proper investigation.

PETITION FOR CANCELLATION OF ELECTIONS INTO JEMA'A/SANGA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.
My attention has been drawn to a Notice of a Petition by Dr Ishaya Sarki Habu and the APC for cancellation of the recent Election for the House of Representatives of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency of Kaduna State.
This notice, by implication,is equally calling for cancellation of the elections for the Senate and President in this Federal Constituency as the elections for the 3 Offices took place simultaneously on the same day.
That this Petition is coming up after a congratulatory message to the undersigned by the APC Candidate,clearly suggests that my opponent at the poll is being dictated to by forces beyond his control.
Following this development,I wish to appeal to the good People of Jema'a and Sanga not to be anxious as our victory was overwhelming and unassailable hence it will be defended.
The mandate, which was freely given and which was overwhelming, will be vigorously defended at the Tribunal by our Party,the PDP, and my humble self.
I wish to,once again, thank my Constituents for their support.
I shall strive always not to betray their trust.

ANOTHER ATTACK AND ANOTHER COMMUNITY RAZED DOWN-NANDU GBOK IN SANGA LGA IN DISTRESS.
We woke up this morning to the sad news of an attack by Gunmen on Nandu Gbok, a Community in Sanga LGA of Kaduna State.At the time of this statement,about 10 bodies have been recovered and about 30 Houses confirmed burnt down.
That the latest attack is coming while we are mourning and trying to deal with the devastating massacre wrought on the Adara People has, once again, brought to the fore the plight of the indigenous people of Southern Kaduna.
The Chairman of the LG Council and other Stakeholders are assessing and trying to deal with the unfortunate situation.
My condolence to the Families of the Victims and the People of Sanga LGA . I am appealing to our Communities to remain calm and not to contemplate any reprisal actions Meanwhile,I am appealing to the Security Agencies in our State to reinforce their presence in Sanga especially in the affected Community with the aim of stopping further attack and fishing out the Perpetrators of this heinous crime.
I am also appealing to Sanga Local Government Council and the State Government for immediate provision of Relief Materials to the displaced Victims.
The renewed and ferocious attacks on Communities in Southern Kaduna calls for the urgent attention of the Nation and the International Community. Our Communities are helpless and are pleading that all persons of conscience should speak out.

Following the successful conduct of the Presidential and National Assembly Elections last Saturday, I wish to sincerely thank the good People of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency for their enthusiastic participation and in re-electing me to represent them again at the National Assembly.
Despite the determined efforts of undemocratic forces to rob us of a well-deserved victory through questionable cancellation of votes in many Wards where we had overwhelming support such as Arak,Wasa,Karshi,
Gwantu,etc, they could not succeed in suppressing the will of the People.
I am appealing to my Constituents not to be deterred by any reason but to come out in our numbers to vote in the Gubernatorial and State Assembly elections coming up on the 9th of March,2019.
In a rare display of a spirit of Sportsmanship,my main opponent in the election,Dr Ishaya Habu of the APC, has sent a congratulatory message to me.I commend his maturity. I had assured him that working together,we can combine his over 2 decades of administrative experience in the National Assembly with my years of legislative exposure to bring more democratic dividends to our Constituency.
I salute the People of Jema'a and Sanga and assure you of my determination to be a very credible voice of our Constituency at the National Assembly.
This victory belongs to the People.
