Many women wonder why infections like UTIs, yeast infections, or bacterial vaginosis 🦠 keep coming back—even when they're treated. The truth is, certain everyday habits may be quietly sabotaging your body’s natural defenses. Here are some overlooked behaviors that could be behind those stubborn recurrences:

1. Using overly fragrant products “down there”
That sweet-smelling soap or va**nal spray might seem like a hygiene boost, but it can actually strip the va**na of protective bacteria, making it easier for infections to take hold.

2. Wearing tight pants or synthetic underwear daily
Fashion has its price. Constant friction, trapped moisture, and poor airflow create a cozy home for bacteria and yeast. Cotton underwear and breathable clothing help keep things balanced.

3. Skipping bathroom trips after intimacy
After s*x, bacteria can enter the urinary tract. Skipping that post-intimacy p*e gives those invaders time to multiply.

4. Using the same sanitary pad or panty liner all day
Even on light flow days, wearing a pad too long can lead to bacterial buildup. Change them regularly, even if they don’t seem soaked.

5. Frequent use of antibiotics—even for minor illnesses
Antibiotics don't just kill bad bacteria—they wipe out the good ones too. This imbalance can lead to yeast overgrowth or bacterial vaginosis.

6. Wiping in the wrong direction
It seems simple, but wiping from back to front can drag bacteria from the a**s toward the va**na and urethra. Always go front to back.

7. Neglecting hydration
When you don’t drink enough water, your body can’t flush out bacteria efficiently, especially in the urinary tract. Aim for at least 1.5–2 liters daily.

8. Sitting too long in damp clothes
Sweaty gym wear or wet swimsuits that stay on for hours create the perfect storm for fungal infections.

9. Self-diagnosing and over-treating ETC.
But before it affect or disgrace you.. PM me let talk about the solution.

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. It may be caused by viral infection, alcohol consumption, or even some Orthodox medication. Treatment varies based on the type and underlying cause

The five main viral classifications of hepatitis are hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. Different virus is responsible for each type of viral hepatitis... Let continue.....

Hepatitis A
This type of hepatitis is an acute, short-term disease.💊💊

Hepatitis B
This is often an ongoing, chronic condition.

Hepatitis C
HCV is among the most common bloodborne viral infections and typically presents as a long-term condition.🩺

Hepatitis D
This is a rare form of hepatitis that only occurs in conjunction with hepatitis B infection. The hepatitis D virus (HDV) causes liver inflammation like other strains, but a person cannot contract HDV without an existing hepatitis B infection.🩺💊

Hepatitis E
Hepatitis E is mainly found in areas with poor sanitation and typically results from ingesting f***l matter that contaminates the water supply.💊💊💉

*Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)* is a virus that attacks the body’s immune system. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) occurs at the most advanced stage of infection.
Signs and symptoms
The symptoms of HIV vary depending on the stage of infection.

HIV spreads more easily in the first few months after a person is infected, but many are unaware of their status until the later stages. In the first few weeks after being infected people may not experience symptoms. Others may have an influenza-like illness including:

*fever
*headache
*rash
*sore throat.

The infection progressively weakens the immune system. This can cause other signs and symptoms:

*swollen lymph nodes
*weight loss
*fever
*diarrhoea
*cough.

Without treatment, people living with HIV infection can also develop severe illnesses:

*tuberculosis (TB)
*cryptococcal meningitis
*severe bacterial *infections
cancers such as lymphomas and Kaposi's sarcoma.

HIV causes other infections to get worse, such as hepatitis C, hepatitis B and smallpox.

*Risk factors*
Behaviours and conditions that put people at greater risk of contracting HIV include:

1. having a**l or va**nal s*x without a condom;
2. having another s*xually transmitted infection (STI) such as syphilis, herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhoea and bacterial vaginosis;
3. harmful use of alcohol or drugs in the context of s*xual behaviour;
4. sharing contaminated needles, syringes and other injecting equipment, or drug solutions when injecting drugs;
5. receiving unsafe injections, blood transfusions.
6. medical procedures that involve unsterile cutting or piercing; or accidental needle stick injuries..

*What causes eye diseases?*
Eye diseases can happen for many, many reasons. Some are direct causes while others are contributing or risk factors.

* *Genetics* . Your DNA is a key part of how your eyes develop and work, and DNA changes (mutations) can cause many eye conditions. The genetic form of color blindness is an example.
* *Differences in how your eyes form and develop* . These differences could have started while you were a developing fetus, or at some point during your childhood.
* *Environmental factors.* Some eye conditions develop because of things happening to or around you. Ultraviolet light exposure, humidity and temperature, dust or particles in the air, and many other variables can be a part of this.
* *Infectious diseases.* Many types of germs and microbes (pathogens) can cause eye diseases. They include viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. These can infect your eyes directly or spread from elsewhere in your body.
* *Other chronic conditions* . Your eyes are vulnerable to many conditions that affect your whole body. Examples include high blood pressure (hypertension), Type 2 diabetes and several types of thyroid disease.
* *Previous eye injuries.* Some events that damage your eye can make you more prone to developing certain eye diseases or issues.
* *Idiopathic causes.* “Idiopathic” means the cause is unknown. That means there’s no cause that experts can identify (though this can sometimes change over time. BUT if you develop any kind of eyes disease... Don't afraid Contact me and end the stubborn eyes disease. Thanks Dr kay cares
