🩸 Blood sugar level.

πŸ«€ Blood lipids (i.e cholesterol level).

So, the healthy tips that Improve your heart health condition and prevent you from having any cardiovascular diseases areπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ½πŸ‘‡πŸ½πŸ‘‡πŸ½:

1. Reduce your salt intake.

2. Avoid alcohol consumption.

3. Exercise Regularly.

4. Maintain a healthy weight.

5. Stress Management.

6. Avoid taking carbonated beverages like Fanta, Cocacola, Biggie, Mirinda, Maltina, Lacasera, Nutrimilk, Fearless, Predator, etc.

7. Avoid eating junks foods.

8. Avoid taking caffeinated beverages.
