Good morning Family
Now, concerning the poll drafted on my WhatsApp community group 😄
I drafted the poll to see many people's opinions on eczema but it seems we have a lot of misconceptions about this particular skin infection 🤧
Now, Eczema can be triggered by food that means your body system might be allergic to some kind of foods which you do not even know 😔
Now, most people take milk and groundnut but there are some people that do not take milk or groundnut because their bodies tend to develop rash after eating it.

So cream can only cause a temporary one but if you are not careful of your food allergies, you might get eczema (atopic dermatitis) and if not properly taken care of can affect the skin permanently

So what will we do?
✅ Avoid cream that causes rashes on your skin
✅ Stay away from any food you think your body reacts to.
✅ Avoid hot 🥵🔥 environment as well
✅ Keep your skin moisturised

My Story as a survivor of Chicken Pox Disease PT 1

Chicken Pox is a Deadly Disease 🪰 🤢🤕
I will never want to experience chicken pox again!!! 🤯🚫

I was in my 300 level at the University when I got infected by chicken pox, let me take you people down the story lane. The world had a total shutdown of activities as at 2020 during the COVID-19 syndrome especially in Nigeria whereby all students in every level of education had to go back home, even businesses are not allowed to operate except online.

I was at home 🏠💻 till December 2020 when my school called some departmental students to come and finish our exam papers after the government has lifted the covid-19 ban after proper sanitization.

Before I left though, I noticed a trend in my community almost two weeks before the new year 2021, my family started having high body fever 🥵🤒, cold 🥶, catarrh and then little red tiny rash begin to appear on one of my sibling's body. It was very scary!!

Thank God for my dad's quick observations, as a west Nigerian man and a father for over twenty two years, experience full ground.
He made a bitter leaf 🌿 juice mixed with alcoholic gin and palm oil 🪔 to rub on my sibling's skin to smoothen the rough skin with rash.

But it took every one of us a week to notice its rapid symptom growth that it is not measles oooo........"IT IS A CHICKEN POX!!"
Before we could say 'Jack!' it had spread in the family and all my siblings were covered with the same chicken pox rash and guess what??? We are all above 15 years old and not even in the range of the years where one can get infected easily. You know what....????

I WAS NOT INFECTED BY THIS VIRUS 🦠🦟

I looked at a boy of three years old in my neighbourhood and saw a lot of dark, peeled spots on his skin when I asked his mother she said it is *"Alefò"*
What is skin rash? This is a change in the skin's appearance often causing redness, itching, swelling or blisters.
Like I said in my previous video, there are many types of skin rash and all are caused by various infections, allergies, irritants or underlying medical conditions.
In this post, I will be listing each skin rash type that I will talk about in each of my video sessions for this month.
1. Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)
2. Contact Dermatitis
3. Psoriasis
4. Heat rash (Miliaria)
5. Allergic rash
6. Infectious rashes
7. Autoimmune Rashes
8. Seborrheic Dermatitis
I will be explaining some of them in Yoruba terms for better understanding to most people in my community. Thank you and I will be expecting to see your like, comments in my next video 📸❤️😄

Tunde was a hardworking man who often skipped meals during the day and only managed to eat late at night. For weeks, he felt a burning pain in his upper stomach—especially early in the morning. At first, he blamed it on stress or hunger. But when the pain became regular, even waking him from sleep, he knew something was wrong.

A visit to the hospital confirmed it—Tunde had a duodenal ulcer, caused by a bacteria called H. pylori and worsened by painkillers he took for his back.
