Happy New Year!!!
I am grateful for the gift of life and the gift of a new year.
Most of January was spent sorting out different parts of me. Even though there is still some sorting out to be done. I made a commitment to show up here on the 1st of February
. ready or not, here I come 🎶 😌
Last year was very interesting, I explored a lot of my interests and abilities and was quite pressured to stick to one and be known for "onething" as the world puts it.
The pressure made me recoil from posting on social media as I didn't know which of my many sides to portray digitally. Thankfully, I wasn't as presured offline. Oh, i rocked my 2023, juggling my many interests. Wellbeing , Fragrance Entrepreneurship, Tech, and my many other abilities
It was during a speaking engagement late last year that I was able to decide how I was going to show up in 2024.
I am gonna synergise my slashes (Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician /Fragrance Entrepreneur / Agile Coach/ Workplace Well-being Advocate. etc) and show up as Me.
Because I experienced notable impact from my activities as a workplace well-being advocate in the past year. You can expect more from me in this regard.
My mission is to help individuals and organisations improve their well-being.
I am back to make positive impacts with my many capes.
