A diet heavily reliant on carbohydrates, especially refined ones like bread, white rice, processed swallow, noodles, spaghetti..., can lead to feeling sluggish, tired like you worked in a factory overnight, and potentially even hungrier like somebody that has not eaten in 3days the next morning.

This is because simple carbohydrates cause a rapid spike and then a subsequent drop in blood sugar levels, leading to an energy crash. Additionally, these types of diets may negatively impact sleep quality, potentially resulting in feeling less rested when you wake up the next morning.
