The increase and prolonged use of computer recently has taken a strain on our eyes. And This can lead to Computer Vision Syndrome ( cvs ). To help alleviate this strain, make sure in every 20minutes on the computer,take 20second break and look at something 20feets away. It is call rule 20-20-20.
Remember to always protect your eyes with Anti-glare like Photochromic and blue lens to minimize light source and ultraviolet ray(uv ray) from damaging your eyes.
