Your night routine may be destroying your health! 😳
Fix these 3 habits tonight and sleep better.


“If you wake up tired every morning, this video is for you! Your bedtime habits may be ruining your sleep.”

1️⃣ Habit #1 – Using Your Phone in Bed 📱
“Scrolling on your phone before sleep is one of the biggest sleep destroyers. The blue light from your screen reduces melatonin — the hormone that helps you sleep.
Result? You stay awake longer and wake up tired.”

✅ What to do instead:
“Stop using your phone at least 30 minutes before bed. Read, pray, or listen to soft music instead.”

2️⃣ Habit #2 – Eating Heavy Meals Late 🍛
“Eating heavy food late at night forces your body to keep digesting instead of resting.
This can cause:
Acid reflux
Bloating
Poor sleep quality”

✅ What to do instead:
“Eat at least 2–3 hours before bedtime. If you’re hungry, choose something light.”

3️⃣ Habit #3 – Overthinking & Stressing 😟
“Taking stress to bed keeps your brain active. When your mind is racing, your body cannot fully relax.”
Stress increases cortisol — and high cortisol blocks deep sleep.

✅ What to do instead:
“Pray, journal your thoughts, or speak calming words before sleep.”
