To get beautiful, flawless and healthy skin start with finding out your skin type and picking the right skin care products that tackles that exact concerns. If you don't know your skin type you might end up applying the wrong types of skincare products.

I also observed skin had its seasons, skin is very delicate and changes daily, either with weather or other factors including our monthly periods as women.

I'm oily in summer and very dry skin during winter and spring. During that summer my skin break out. I notice acne prone when I eat peanuts, popcorn which I crave for before my monthly cycle.
