Emotions/feelings are a dimension to life, but, not life by itself. You have to understand that. The concept of Women/Men controlling emotions/feelings is not the way it goes; we get to gain control over the consequences of those emotions/feelings. And it has nothing to do with gender. Every person is different. It’s just that each one of us experience life differently and react upon a circumstance and situation based on our experiences. It would be wise to be realistic than emotional at some points in life.

When we learn to control the consequences of our emotions/feelings, getting void of the previous experiences; not letting them dictate our future in any way — our lives get perfectly balanced.

So, there are both genders at equal risk of being ruled by emotions. Again, there are women who’re at perfect balance about the consequences of emotions and men as well. Hiding or suppressing emotions only cause greater chaos and break down a person in some point of time where they’ll not have a clue about what is going on. So, it is a healthy practice to sit and meditate everyday — to let go of every emotion/feeling like — anger, lust, greed etc., be void of emotion and devoid of truth.

Learn to control the consequences of your emotions/feelings, but not emotions/feelings itself.

9 Easy Ways To Treat Your Body Right

Stretch For 5 Minutes When You Get Up In The Morning

Most of us hit snooze about fourteen times before we actually get up, causing us to jump out of our beds and scramble for the shower. This puts our minds and bodies already in a state of panic before we’ve even started our day. Stretching for five minutes each morning will keep your body limber and start your day with a more relaxed mind. Your mental health is also an incredibly essential part of your well-being.

Drink Your Coffee Black

Have you heard the news? Dunkin Donuts has a *~new~* cookie dough iced coffee! Now you don’t even have to wait till the afternoon to start eating your dessert. Seriously, when I was living in Chicago I would have an iced coffee from DD every damn day and I quickly gained ten pounds from it. I was all concerned because I was walking everywhere and still wondering what the f**k was going on with my body. As soon as I stopped drinking my milk with a little bit of coffee, I went back to what my body was like before.

Not loading your coffee with sugar and milk will make the crash you get a few hours later way less intense, plus you quickly get used to the taste!

Also, this type of coffee looks incredibly cool.

Bring Your Breakfast To Work

Did you know you could get a delicious bagel in NYC with vegetable cream cheese for only $2? Incredible, I know. However, I’ve recently discovered that eating a bagel is probably tantamount to swallowing three pieces of bread in a single sitting. In order to clean up my life I’ve resigned from buying breakfast out and bring an apple to work instead.

Take The Stairs Instead Of The Elevator

Even taking one or two flights up makes a difference! Now I get winded less and feel more prepared to literally run away from commitment.

Have One Healthy Snack

Instead of popping over to the vending machine for some pepperoni pizza combos, try some vegetable smothered in the hummus of your choosing. I’m the worst offender of poor snacking choices, but an energetic snack mid-day will keep you from over-indulging on lunch or dinner.

Taking A Victory Lap

Sitting at a desk all day burns about 30 calories a day, I image. So every once in a while I take a long walk to the vending machines on the other side of the building and stare at all the Pop Tarts I want to buy but won’t allow myself to. Getting up and getting your blood flowing will keep you energized and alert.

Less Salt

I recently discovered that people put salt on salads? Is nothing sacred to you people? Although most health regulations make it almost impossible for 99% of the world to adhere to their recommended sodium intake, it wouldn’t hurt to be more conscious of how much salt you consume. Too much sodium leads to things like high blood pressure (which is, unfortunately, the leading risk factor of death among women in the US) and contributes to bloating and weight gain. So try to avoid putting it on extra things that probably would be delicious and flavorful without it…like salad.

Office Pushups.

Every hour or so, try doing about five pushups or a minute of jumping jacks. If you’re lucky enough to have your own office—perfect! If not, this routine will not only get you a little more healthy, it will ensure that your coworkers think you’re insane and will never invite you out for another happy hour! Now you won’t have to come up with lame excuses like you have to go home to water you plants when you really just want to hang out with the bae (read: Netflix).

The “One Less” Rule

Starting today try to have one less beer, one less cigarette, one less bag of chips. You don’t have to completely revamp your life, but just having one less of something unhealthy makes you feel accomplished. It gives you the courage to keep going, and soon “one less” will turn into kicking the habits you want to.

HOW TO PLEASURE YOURSELF BY YOURSELF AS A WOMAN

While I realize some of you might have landed here thinking, How could you not know how to ma******te? plenty of other women have reached adulthood without mastering solo-loving techniques that work for them. For those people, let me just say, relax, because it's OK to have no idea what you're doing. Men are born being like, "Oh, when I touch my p***s, I enjoy it" and then that's that. Women have a whole situation going on down there that can be a lot harder to figure out. So i spoke with some s*x educators and s*x toy store employees to get to the bottom of how to get you off.

1. Don't ma******te like it's something you have to accomplish or else. Kate McCombs, 31, who works as a s*x and relationships educator, makes a very important point: Make sure you have enough time to not feel rushed and have enough privacy to not be interrupted. If you only have five minutes or you've set aside a day like you need to get this figured out, odds are you'e going to be way too stressed to allow the kind of no-pressure chill vibe you should ideally have when you're ma********ng, at least in the beginning. So shut your phone on, put on some music that turns you on, and take your time.

2. Use some l**e, because why not? McCombs recommends using a quarter-size amount of l**e onto your index and middle fingers, and gently massaging it around your cl****is (the little button-shaped thing at the top of your va**na) and inner l***a (the folds inside the larger folds that make up most of your va**na). Sure, you might have enough natural va**nal lubrication to start with, but if you don't, extra l**e (no matter where it comes from) will make it a lot more comfortable.

3. You don't have to focus on the va**na and nothing but the va**na. Carol Queen, PhD, co-author of The S*x & Pleasure Book: Good Vibrations Guide to Great S*x for Everyone, 58, recommends also bringing in ni**le stimulation into ma********on, or grabbing your butt or upper thighs, just to see if any of that feels good to you. Part of that is just to get a sense of where you're the most sensitive and what kind of touch feels best for you. Plus, by finding those spots on other parts of your body that feel really good, you're increasing your arousal, which will make touch feel different (and probably better), which is always great.

4. Don't feel like you have to start out by jackhammering your c**t. McCombs recommends some more low-key playful touching, like running your fingers along your inner l***a and along the sides of your cl****is, all the way down toward the entrance of your va**na. It's just a good starting point to get some blood flowing down there, which helps increase pleasure and arousal. Plus, you're getting a feel for what you like and you can always keep repeating whatever is working for you from there.

5. You can use a vi****or, but you shouldn't necessarily start with that. Queen says that while you might have a better success rate with a toy, using your hands in the beginning can be a great way to learn about your body. Plus, it's also more comparable to the sensations caused by a partner's hands, so if you have any interest in partner s*x, it'll help you transition from one to the other more smoothly, and gives you information for your partner about how you like to be touched.

6. If you need visual aids, get those visual aids. Rachel Venning, Babeland's co-founder and the co-author of Moregasm: Babeland's Guide to Mind-Blowing S*x, says, "The biggest s*x organ is between the ears, so engage your brain as well. Remember s*xy times from your past, check out arousing online images, or read erotica. Whatever you need to do to fuel that fire."

7. If you feel like you need someone to literally tell you what to do, here you go. Venning recommends this as a sample starter move, "Slide a finger between your lips to open things up and then get a little l**e on your finger tips if more slickness would feel good. Slide your fingers back and forth from your va**nal opening to your c**t. Don't go inside yet, just tease yourself a bit. Try a stroke that is one finger at a time and then slide a couple fingers into your va**na, curling them slightly. Slide them in and out with gusto." Jess Wilde, 28, Lovehoney's bo***ge and fe**sh expert, also recommends going in circular motions around the cl****is, rather than back-and-forth straight strokes. Make the circles as tight or as wide as you like to vary intensity. This is a particularly good move if you find direct contact with your cl****is is too much for you and also makes it easier to maintain rhythm when you need it most.

8. Work some pe*******on into the mix if that feels right for you. Some women don't use pe*******on at all when they're ma********ng, but if you want to try that, try slowly (or quickly if you prefer) moving your fingers in and out of you while you continue to play with your cl****is. You can also just move your fingers in and out without touching the cl****is; it's really up to you. Basically, you're just feeling around for what you like and if that's pe*******on with c**toral stimulation, do more of that!

9. You don't have to just lie on your back. Wilde recommends lifting your legs as high as possible (we're talking knees on your shoulders here) to help you reach the internal parts of your cl****is, or turning on your stomach and seeing if that feels good to you. It's harder to reach in that position, but some really love it, so why not try?
