The Edo Sickle Cell Club, Benin City Chapter is a non profit organization whose sole aim is to
1) Advocate for better medical & healthcare delivery to persons living with Sickle Cell Disease and all its associated disorders.
2) To promote awareness & its associated activities of the sickle cell disease far & wide to enlighten, inform and educate the general public of its (SCD) prevention, treatment & best management practices to be given to patients.
3) To meet with relevant stakeholders on formulation of policies that are beneficial to those living with Sickle Cell.
4) To partner with well meaning individuals, organizations from far & wide to help curb misconceptions about the sickle cell disease, help in the treatment & care of its patient by fundraising & donations.
5) To be actively involved in all matters concerning & affecting people living with Sickle Cell Disease both in Benin City Edo State and beyond.
