Yesterday at work, a man visited the pharmacy with his 15-year-old daughter.

Her back, thighs, and hands were covered in hives, and she was experiencing severe itching.

According to her father, the hives appeared last week, and despite taking antihistamines and applying creams, there was no improvement.

After conducting a brief inquiry, I discovered that the mattress the girl was using was old and potentially the cause.

However, her father mentioned that the itching typically started every morning.

I instructed him to replace the mattress and continue the prescribed medication.

The man then asked why the itching didn't affect her siblings, who shared the same mattress.

I explained that individuals react differently to certain chemicals and allergens, and her body might be more sensitive to the specific allergen triggering the hives.

Three days later, the man returned and reported that the itching and hives had disappeared.

This is very important information 👇

One of my friends sent me these medications last night, asking me if I knew the medications packaged in the envelopes.

Why was she asking?

She wants to buy the same medications for her brother, who has similar health issues.

Listen up.

This is one of the biggest mistakes people make.

It is called drug abuse and misuse. This could be fatal in some cases if you are unlucky.

When you go to a hospital or clinic and are given some medications, those medications are meant only for you.

They are not for your sister or brother who has similar symptoms.

First, when you send this kind of message to unprofessional or quack drug dealers, they will end up giving you the wrong medications.

They may guess wrongly and you end up buying trouble for yourself.

It is unethical to identify medications by merely looking at the colors or shapes, except the dispenser wrote the drug name and strength on the labels.

Avoid this practice and habit; it may land you in a hospital.

WHY THE POT BELLY?

This type of protruding belly, often called a “pot belly” or “abdominal obesity,” is commonly caused by an unhealthy mix of factors.

Generally, poor diet—especially one high in sugar, alcohol, and processed foods—can lead to fat accumulation around the abdomen.

Lack of physical activity, stress (which increases cortisol), and poor sleep also play a major role.

In men, hormonal changes, especially reduced testosterone levels, can worsen fat storage in the belly.

Excess visceral fat (fat around internal organs) is dangerous—it increases the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver problems, and hypertension.
