MALARIA
Malaria also called plasmodium infection is a disease caused by a plasmodium parasite, transmitted by the bite of infected mosquitoes.
The severity of malaria varies based on the species of plasmodium. More than 1.5 million cases of maleria occurs per year in Nigeria.
How Does it spread
1.. By insect bites or stings
2.. By blood product (unclean needles or unscreened blood)
Medical diagnosis/symptoms are:
Chills
Fever
Sweating usually occurring a few weeks after being bitten.
If malaria is left untreated it could result in anemia, jaundice, mental confusion, kidney failure, coma, seizures and even DEATH.
Malaria can cause a permanent damage also known as cerebral maleria, which can cause one's brain to swell, sometimes leading to permanent brain damage.

Pyrimethamine is an antiparasitic drug, it prevent the growth and reproduction of parasite... While sulfadoxine is a sulfa drug that fight bacteria in the body.
The combination of it is used to prevent malaria.
FANSIDAR should be taken the day it was bought and the next week of the same day it was taken for 2 years and it should not exceed that.
For better clearity if you took the FANSIDAR on a Monday, the next dose should be taken next week Monday and this can prevent maleria for a long period of time.
