1. Give birth: become a mother.
2. Breastfeed: especially your child.
3. Don't use talcum products: completely avoid.
4. Exercise regularly: at least 3 days/week.
5. Don't smoke: all kinds of smoking.
6. Avoid alcohol: zero alcohol is best.
7. Using oral contraceptives also helps: but talk with your doctor if you need this, because this is not for everyone.

What is implantation bleeding?
Implantation bleeding is a light bleeding from the va**na that occurs 10 to 14 days after conception ¹. It is an early sign of pregnancy and is considered normal ² ³ ¹. It is estimated that about 25% of pregnant people will experience implantation bleeding ² ³ ¹.

Here are some common symptoms of implantation bleeding
- Brown, dark brown or slightly pink blood or bleeding that resembles va**nal discharge
- Bleeding is usually light and doesn’t last long
- Mild or no cramping at all
- Bleeding is often confused with a light period
- Bleeding is often accompanied by other early pregnancy symptoms such as tender, swollen breasts or ni***es, fatigue, headache, upset stomach, vomiting (morning sickness), food cravings or aversions and mood swings.

It is essential to note that heavy bleeding accompanied by fever or chills and severe cramps might not be implantation bleeding and could be a sign of a problem ¹. If you are experiencing heavy bleeding, it is recommended that you call your doctor.

Before you blame the toilet for your infection, make sure you don't:

*Abuse antibiotics
*Use scented feminine products
*Wipe from back to front
*Wash the inside of your va**na
*Wear panties that are not properly dry or wear them for long periods
*Take birth control
*Have diabetes

Do you know what amniotic fluid (the waters) is actually made from?

In the early weeks of pregnancy, the amniotic fluid is mostly water that comes from your body. After about 20 weeks of pregnancy, your baby’s urine makes up most of the fluid. Yep, they are floating in their own p*e essentially.

But amniotic fluid also contains nutrients, hormones (chemicals made by the body) and antibodies (cells in the body that fight off infection).

At full term, most uncomplicated pregnancies have around 800mls of amniotic fluid! Which is an impressive amount.

A patient/mother was complaining to me that her baby was having a serious diarrhea (passing out watering stool) for days now...she said she took the child to a nearby chemist and they gave her some oral medications of which she gave to her baby and still yet the diarrhea hasn't stop....And she's asking me now "Nurse what should I give to my baby?".............
Now my question is.., If eventually as a mother, u find yourself in such situation...what quickest decision would you have made??? 👇👇 What's your option?
