Right now y'all could be dealing with mental health and struggling to keep it balanced, intrusive thoughts could be plaguing you. The past can no longer hurt you and if it still is hurting you then it's time to address where you're still holding on. Some of you may be struggling with relapsing into negative thoughts and doubting yourselves. Others of you, your mental health is improving! You're not struggling with anxiety and depression, overthinking and negative self talk has left the building! Being able to speak to yourself with more love and compassion, no more down playing your emotions. Also, I see some of you need a check up, for some there's an STD you're unaware of, others its underlying health issues like blood pressure and diabetes. Spirit says this is the time to catch any small developments before they worsen. Overall, water signs this month is about prioritizing your health, those who haven't been doing so will suffer just a lil bit and those who been taking care will be feeling great!

Y'all could be working hard on maintaining your health but hitting obstacles. Someone has herpes, HPV or HIV and either already knows and is struggling with the diagnosis or will be finding out soon due to physical symptoms arising or through testing. For some of y'all spirit says "it was only a matter of time, look how reckless you were" you weren't being safe and will be paying for that! Anxiety and ptsd also showing up this month, I'm gonna say this in the nicest way possible, Go seek a therapist and stop hurting who hasn't hurt you. Someone going to try and spread what they got to others because they're miserable and its going to backfire leading to exposure! Or already has and that applies to the mentioned diseases or just energetic wise. Those of you struggling with your diagnosis and reality, spirit encourages self reflection and going into hermit mode. Some of y'all are taking on too many energies trying to be there for everyone but YOU. Also, time for a break or vacation from working, you're approaching mental burnout! Finally on the mend after a long time of suffering. Nerve pain and bodyaches been riding your tail heavily but you're receiving relief. Mental stress also been bothering you, you gotta stop holding it in until you explode! Restoration, the long battle with your health is coming to an end. Some of you been dealing with long term issues that seem to have no end or sign of improving, this may contribute to your mental stress. Spirit doesn't want you to give up or throw the towel in just yet. I see some of you considered unaliving yourself due to not wanting to suffer anymore, your health doesn't determine your worthiness of living. Someone secretly been battling cancer, lean on those you love don't hide it from them! Some of you need to get into holistic healing, your body has built up a tolerance for the medication, which honestly is just placebos and suppressants not actual cures. You have all the resources and tools to get your health back on track!

Dealing with some health issues relating to your lifestyle choices. Time to put the bottle down, put the blunts and w**d down, unhealthy eating from fast food and greasy fried food. Someone needs to see a cardiologist your heart may have blockages in arteries. I keep hearing "you're doing too much, go sit down" well Air signs y'all gonna listen or keep working until you reach burn out? Others, you need to pay attention to your sexual health, you may feel fine now but in a month or two your manhood/lady bits will be screaming for help; I'm seeing itching, a stench and/or bumps and crying. Others you're going to be getting a clean bill of health after some struggling or worrying about certain symptoms. Some of you are going to be getting a positive pregnancy test, even with no symptoms, congrats or my condolences.
