Providing exceptional customer experience when interfacing with internal and external customers (Clients and Patients)

General managing of patients/client’s profile and documentation process.
- Coordinate scheduling of patients appointments

- Process payments and insurance verifications.
- Maintain accurate records on our databases

NURSING MOTHER AND HER BABY IN NEED OF HELP!

Her name is LOVETH STIFANUS.

She was admitted on 20th of April, 2023.
Her baby (male) was born as a premature (1.2kg) as he was placed on Oxygen for days until he became stable to breath on his own with life support.

The Hospital have been providing Food and shelter for both mother and child despite unpaid medical bills.
She doesn't have any relatives concerned. Said husband doesn't visit her nor the baby and he doesn't respond to hospital calls.
