Job Title: Male Registered Nurse Midwife

🕓 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Male Registered Nurse Midwife to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality maternal and neonatal care, support patients throughout pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled care during prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
• Conduct maternal and newborn assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify potential complications.
• Assist with labor and delivery, including emergency obstetric procedures when necessary.
• Educate and counsel mothers and families on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional nursing standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement, health education, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Midwife (RM) with current license/registration.
• Proven clinical experience in maternal and child health, labor, and delivery settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Male applicants are strongly encouraged in accordance with facility needs.

It is by the special grace of God that Moranugba Medical Center is expecting another baby, which will be bigger and give birth soon. We offer free pick-up transportation 24 hours a day. In addition to doctors, nurses, and midwives, our pharmacy and laboratory are open 24 hours a day.
Each of our room is equipped with air conditioning, fans, a smart TV, internet service, and cable TV. Additionally, we have solar panels and a 30kv generator with an additional backup generator.
