Mental health problems do not affect just one person they can destroy relationships, break family bonds, and even ruin love.

Just yesterday, I came across a video on Facebook where wife relatives were beating a man who was apparently their sister’s husband because he hit her or had been abusing her.

But let’s be honest: violence is never a solution. If someone finds it easy to raise their hands in anger, there’s usually something deeper going on in their mind.

The husband might be battling with stress or emotional issues, and because he doesn't know how to express or manage it, he ends up releasing that tension through violence on his wife.

When stress becomes too much, especially for men who don't know how to cope, it often turns into anger. Now, I am not saying we should excuse such behavior, not at all but when we understand the root of the problem, then we can start looking for how to fix it.

Some men are battling silent pain: pressure, frustration, disappointment. They won’t talk about it, but they act it out and sadly, their loved ones are the ones who suffer for it.

That’s why we need to start taking mental health seriously just like we take physical health seriously. If someone has a broken leg, we rush them to the hospital. But if someone is breaking down mentally, we look away or insult them. That needs to change.

Mental health is important. It is the foundation for peace, love, and understanding in homes and in society.

Diabetes (Ciwon sugar)

Ciwon sugar na daga cikin ciwokan da ke wahalar da mai ita, kuma tana da ka'idojin da in anbi za'a rage yawan tashin ta, da kuma complications din ta.

Ciwon sugar yana faruwa in jiki bai amfana da Sugar dake cikin jini da kuma rashin isheshshen insulin. Insulin shi ke sa jiki ya amfana da sugar ko kuma ya storing din shi (sugar). Ciwon sugar kala biyu ne zuwa hudu.

Akwai type1, type2, prediabetes, san nan akwai na masu ciki..
Alamomin ciwon sugar sun hada da:
🛑 Yawan fitsari akai akai.
🛑 Yawan jin yunwa sosai sosai kuma akai akai.
🛑 Yawan jin kishin ruwa akai akai.
🛑 Yawan gajiya
🛑 Rashin warkewan ciwo da wuri.
🛑 Yawan rama a type 1
🛑 Gani duru duru.

Abubuwan da ke iya(risk factors) kawo ciwon sugar
👉 Overweight , musanman masu tumbi.
👉 Rashi motsa jiki
👉 masu shekaru sama da 45years
👉 Iyaye ko yan'uwa Masu ciwon sugar. Dsss

In har a ka gwada mutum sau daya sau biyu aka tabbatar yana da ciwon sugar dole ya kula da abubuwa kaman haka:
✅ Diet = Dole ya rage cin abinci mai starch da carbohydrate sosai, Ya yawai ta cin Kayan ganye, fibre rich food, protein and healthy fat dss= ya nemi shawaran Likita da Dieticians don sanin abubuwan da ya kamata yaci..
✅ Exercise yawan motsa jiki.
✅ Bin kaidar shan magani.
✅ Gwaji akai akai.. So samu mutum ya mallaki abun gwaji nashi.
✅ Barin Shan Cigari da Giya.

In aka kula sosai mutum zai rayu cikin aminci ba tare da yawan tashin hankali ba. Bin kaidojin yana da amfani sosai.... Ciwo neh da mutum zai rayu dashi (type1) iya rayuwarshi.. Saboda haka dole ka yarda da hakan kuma ka bi kaidojin don rayuwa cikin aminci.

Akwai wani irin nauyi da yake danne zuciya fiye da dutse. Wannan nauyin shi ake kira damuwa.

Ihu ko kuka ba sune kadai alaman mutum yana cikin damuwa ba. Wani lokaci tana nu na kai ne a matsayin rashin son magana, gajiya maras dalili, ko jin cewa komai babu amfani, abun da yake ya mutum nishadi ya dai na burge shi gaba daya.

Yawanci muna kallon irin waɗannan alamomin damuwan a matsayin karancin imani, ko rauni. Amma gaskiya ya kamata mu sani. Damuwa cuta ce, kamar ciwon zuciya ko hawan jini.

Idan kana fama da irin wannan nauyin a zuciyarka, ka sani ba kai kadai bane. Kuma hakan ba yana nufin kai mai rauni bane yana nufin kana buƙatar kulawa. Kar kayi saurin illanta kanka don kana jin duniyar ba dadi, ka ne mi shawaran masana.

A halin yanzu, saboda zafin rana da ake fama da shi, mutane da dama sun daina motsa jiki kamar yadda s**a saba daman tafiya ce kawai motsa jikin da sukeyi. Amma wannan halin zama babu dan motsa jiki ko kadan yana iya jawo kullewar ciki da taurin bayan gida har mutum ya shiga toilet, ya ta nishi, sai ka ce zai haihu!

Ko da kana shan ruwa sosai, yana da amfani ka ɗan motsa jiki kadan ko da a ɗaki ne, ka zazzaga kadan. Haka kuma, ka tabbatar da cin abinci mai ganye, don samun isasshen fiber wanda ke taimakawa wajen sauƙin bayan gida.

Allah ya ƙara mana lafiya, ya sauƙaƙa zafin rana da wahalhalun da ke tattare da shi. Amin.

A ana shan ruwa kadan-kadan, sau da yawa a rana. Kada ka bar jiki ya bushe, kuma kada ka wuce gona da iri wurin shan ruwan. Ruwa yana da amfani, amma yawan shan sa, na iya kawo matsala a jiki. A kalla dai ka sha ruwa da baiyi kasa da kofi takwas a rana, musanman in ana zafi sosai.

Ka saurari jikinka. kana fara jin kishi ka sha ruwa.
fitsari yayi kala sosai, ka sha ruwa.
Bakin ka ya bushe, ka sha ruwa.
Ana rana kana ta zufa, to ka sha ruwa, kuma ka ci abinci.
Allah ya kara mana Lafiya. Amin.

Akwai mutane da Allah Ya yi wa ni’ima ta kiba, amma suna so dole sai sun rame, su dawo slim ko ta halin kaka. Ana samun irin su a cikin mata da maza, amma sun fi yawa a cikin mata. A wani bangaren kuma, akwai waɗanda ba su da halittar kiba, amma sai su dage cewa dole sai sun yi kiba, ko da kuwa hakan zai iya cutar da lafiyarsu.

Tabbas, akwai kiba da take iya zama illa ga mai ita, haka kuma akwai ramewa da take iya zama matsala. Sai dai babbar matsalar ita ce mutum ya yanke shawarar rage kiba ko ƙara kiba cikin gaggawa, ba tare da bin hanyoyin da s**a dace ba.

Da yawa daga cikin waɗanda ke son canza jikin su cikin gaggawa suna faɗa shan magunguna da za su iya haddasa illa mai tsanani ga lafiyarsu. Wasu daga cikin waɗannan magunguna:

Suna karya garkuwar jiki, suna sa mutum ya fi kamuwa da cututtuka.

Suna iya haddasa lalacewar gabobin jiki, kamar hanta da koda.

Wasu daga cikinsu na iya haddasa cututtuka masu tsanani kamar kansa (cancer).

Wasu suna kawo matsaloli ga tsarin hormones na jiki, wanda zai iya haddasa ƙarin damuwa da matsaloli masu yawa.

Kafin kayi wani yunkuri na rage ko ƙara kiba, yana da kyau ka nemi shawarar likita ko kwararren mai ba da shawara kan lafiyar jiki ko Nutritionist.

Ka Tuna! Lafiyarka ita ce babban jarinka, kar ka cutar da ita domin cimma burin da za ka iya samu ta hanyoyin da s**a fi dacewa!

Idan har ciwon Ulsa ɗinka bai lafa ba yayin azumi, to akwai abubuwa biyu da za ka duba:

Ko dai asali chronic ne ko ya zama severe kuma yana buƙatar kulawa ta musamman.

Ko matsalar daga abinci ne – Idan ba chronic bane, to wataƙila abincin da kake ci a sahur da buda-baki ne ke ƙara dagula lamarin.

Yadda Za Ka Rage Matsalar Yayin Azumi:
🔹 A lokacin Sahur Ka ci abinci mai ɗaukar lokaci kafin narkewa kamar oatmeal, dabino, da dan vegetable a abinci. A Guji kayan yaji da acidic foods.

🔹 Bayan Shan Ruwa a Buda-baki – Kada ka fara da abubuwa masu nauyi ko mai yawa, ka sha ruwa kadan sannan ka fara da abinci mai saukin narkewa kamar dabino da shayi.

🔹 Guji shan ruwan sanyi sosai – Domin yana iya sa ciki ya kumbura kuma ya tada ciwo.

🔹 Rage shan shayi da caffeine – Domin na iya ƙara yawan acid a cikin ciki.
