52yrs old man involved in RTA about 4months ago. After proper examination and investigations(MRI), Patient had a fracture at L4. A Procedure of discectomy at L4 with Pedicle screw fixation at L3, L4 and L5 took place. Patient was discharged and currently on follow ups at Neurosurgery Clinic.
