The Acting Medical Director, Director of Administration, and members of the Top Management Committee held an interactive session with staff of the College of Mental and Psychiatric Nursing.

It was indeed a heartfelt and engaging session where staff freely aired their views, concerns, and suggestions to Management. The open dialogue created an atmosphere of mutual understanding, transparency, and unity.

Such interactions are vital in fostering peace, strengthening teamwork, and promoting a more productive and harmonious working environment within the institution.
