You deserve to feed your body right and still ENJOY ALL THAT GOES INTO IT.
In other words, eat healthy and nutritious foods but do not forget to indulge your cravings.

In plain words, you can eat noodle for weight loss. Considering the nutritional value (calories,protein,fat, sodium,…) it’ll be safer and wiser to consume more of complex carbs like yam, rice, potatoes, Akpu, Garri , etc and good source of protein.

However, imbalance in the intake of cravings and nutritious foods is what leads to unhealthy or strict dieting.

1. CARBS are the body’s primary source of energy. They fuel us for physical activities including workouts. Ensuring an adequate intake helps maintain energy levels during exercise, making your workout more effective.

Carbs also help in balancing nutrition,metabolic processes,persevering lean protein and in the performance and endurance of an individual.

2. In our improved Personalised plan, we include your Favourite dishes when making your meal plan. This way you know you’re not missing out while on your journey to a fitter you and this makes it easier to become a LIFESTYLE for you😊🧡.

3. Veggies are loaded with lots of vitamins and are often low in calories. However restricting your meal plan to bowls of veggies 🥗 will only lead to frustratîon along the way!

Add them to your meals for satiety & to add VOLUME your meals.

4. The general rule of thumb is to eat your last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime time for improved digestion.

As long are you’re not eating heavily processed foods like instant noodles, junks, oily/fried foods right before bedtime.

5. Working out for 15mins 3x a week can improve your body composition as long as you’re doing the right workouts.

Instead of spending 1hr or 45 mins on cardio and rest for 2 weeks or even a month, have a workout routine that includes strength training/body weight, etc.

6.If you crave junk you eat it. That’s what we practice . However it should be done in moderation.
