Calorie deficit is not just about reducing your food intake and eating less calories, It is also about how much calories your body burns for energy.

In as much as ‘calories in’ is 80% the solution, ‘calories out’ still matter a very very great deal and should not be ignored.

P.s: the avocado and spaghetti are just illustrations. There are many high fibre foods like nuts, seeds, leafy greens.
There are also many high starchy carbs like plantain, rice, bread…

P.P.S : it’s when the way of eating is constant and consistent that the results (or consequences) appear

No need to ‘be on a diet’ before fat loss goals are achieved.
It all balls down to eating (and drinking) in a calorie deficit (no extreme deficits please 😭) and also nutrients
Calories are very important but nutrients are importanter 🙂‍↔️

Any food combination that has more fibre in it is definitely a better choice when it comes to achieving fat weight loss ...
