PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.

Engr. Kinsley Yakubu Mohammed has emerged African Action Congress, AAC, Presidential Flag bearer after a keenly contested polls in Abuja.

The ground breaking Party's primaries which took place at Blue Spring Hotels, Abuja was graced by the party's National Working Commette (NWC), the media and a massive turnout of mammoth crowd comprising of party faithfuls and aspirants cheerleaders and followers.

The epoch making event afforded the two presidential aspirants, Egnr. Kinsley Yakubu and Dr. Caro Nwosu to address the delegates drawn from across the 36 States of the federation including the FCT with their individual profiles, viable leadership blueprints and sustainable programmes to convince the delegates about their stewardship and capacity as progressive to move Nigeria out of the trenches from the era of gross government ineptitude were laid to bare.

African Action Congress, AAC, Party delegates thereafter made their choice democratically known through the ballots where out of the 168 accredited delegates; 7 votes were invalid while 38 votes were counted in favour of Dr. Caro Nwosu, the runner up and 121 votes counted in favour of Egnr. Kingsley Yakubu Mohammed as he emerged the party's victorious and successful flag bearer for the 2023 general election.

In his victorious remarks as a technocratic visionary, Engr. Kingsley Yakubu Mohamed who was among the former GMDs of NNPC reiterated his commitments to serve Nigerians diligently as he call on all Nigerians to turn out enmass and vote AAC for an inclusive people oriented government where Security, Integrity, Capacity, Accountability, and Sustainable developments through Social investments policies will remain a top priority in addressing the yearnings of the people.

The primary was commendably successful and peacefully conducted. It was led by the chairman of 2022/23 Electoral Committee, Engr. Francis Abayomi and supervised by INEC officials from INEC Headquarters, Abuja. A certificate of return and the flag of victory was handed over to His Excellency, Engr. Yakubu Mohammed as the Party's successful presidential Candidate in the 2023 general election next year.

In his closing remarks, the party's National Chairman Dr. Leonard Nzenwa thanked all party faithfuls, the delegates across the federation and the national officers of our great party for their high level discipline and professionalism in the successful conduct of our party presidential primary.

A military aircraft belonging to the Nigerian Airforce, NAF, has crashed in Kaduna state with many officers on board reportedly killed.
