After God, make your health a top priority, learn to do the following things
1)go for medical check up
2) Dress decently and responsibly
3) Look smart
4)Eat enough but don't be a glutton
5) Bath at least twice daily
6) Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth very well
7) Speak boldly
8) wear a smile
9) don't forget number 8, very important
10) make a nice hairstyle
11) be at peace with everyone but be careful
12) pray always... God is real and he comes through in difficult situations, I am a living testimony
