Those asking me where to get hepatitis vaccine,
Go to any government hospital (especially primary health center) close to you to save cost.
If you can afford a private hospital you can also get it there.

To whom it may concern...

Stop absconding from the hospital after medical treatment and discharge. It is a sign of ingratitude to both God and humanity.

Some of you doesn't know the implications of what you are doing. Do you reason your actions from this angle:

1. When there are complications tomorrow or a reoccurrence of same illness and I'm rushed to the same hospital what will happen?

2. Who is to be punished after I have run away from the hospital?, (the innocent doctor/ nurse/workers ) on duty especially in the private sector. Some hospital heads will go as far as deducting it from their workers salary.

3. What if karma hits back tomorrow and you end up spending more than you are trying to save.

4. How will the hospital cover the expenses they made in treating you, or do you think drugs falls down from the sky?

NB: Such act from patients/clients has made some hospital to demand payments before service no matter how bad the situation is, which has labelled them wicked but we forgot that there's no smoke without fire.

My candid advice: If you are a victim of such kindly go back to that hospital and pay up your bills and move on with your life.
Remember is a small world and tomorrow is uncertain, this message may be for someone, make hays while the sun shine.

The viral image of a baby with an intra uterine contraceptive deviceπŸ˜„. Let's discuss.
Obviously this is a case of a failed family planning.

The likely cause of this are as follows:
1. Pregnancy before insertion
2.Expired device
3. Displacement during menstruation or in*******se
4. Improper placement of device etc.

For detailed explanation click on the link below

For more health education read the information below:
Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device (Copper T)
Copper T is an intrauterine device (IUD) that can provide long-term birth control (contraception).
It is a T- shaped plastic device that is coiled with copper wire placed inside a woman's womb using a speculum through the va**na.
The copper wire coiled around the device has an inflammatory reaction that is toxic to s***m and eggs (ova), preventing pregnancy.
It's sometimes referred to as a non hormonal IUD.

DURATION :It last up to 10 years after insertion but can be removed anytime

BEFORE INSERTION:
- Evaluation will be done by your health provider and pelvic examination done.
- Breast examination is done to rule out any changes in the breast that may dispose one to cancer.
- Abdominal examination is done to rule out any form of mass in the abdomen
- Skin colour and physical examination is examined to rule out anaemia.
- pregnancy test to confirm that you are not pregnant.

Advantages:
1. It eliminates the need to interrupt s*x for contraception
2. Can be removed at any time
3. Can be used while breast-feeding
4. Can be used for emergency contraception if inserted within five days after unprotected s*x.
5. It doesn't interfere with s*x
6. It doesn't cause discomfort to the p***s during s*x.
7. Once removed fertility returns immediately

Note:
If you are have the following, you are advised not to use Copper T:
πŸ“Œ Uterine abnormalities β€” such as large fibroids.
πŸ“Œ Pelvic infection, such as pelvic inflammatory disease.
πŸ“Œ Uterine or cervical cancer
πŸ“Œ Allergic to any component of copper
πŸ“Œ Have a disorder that causes too much copper to accumulate in your liver, brain and other vital organs.
πŸ“Œ Women with copper T are advised to avoid fi*****ng into their va**na, multiple s*x partners and other extreme forms of s*xual styles to avoiding introducing infections into the womb and to avoid dislodging of the device.
πŸ“Œ Woman are also advised to treat every form of va**na infection before insertion of the device because pelvic infection sets in if certain STI are present before IUD is inserted.

Possible Side effects
1.Bleeding between periods
2. Cramps
3. Severe menstrual pain and heavy bleeding.
When it becomes life threatening please report to your health care provider.

πŸ’πŸ’ It is advised you return to the hospital after a month for re- examination by your health care provider to make sure the device hasn't moved and to check for signs and symptoms of infections.
