Congratulations...! You're getting old. A year older, a year wiser.
Follow these tips every day
1) When you want to sleep, don't lie flat facing the roof or on your chest. Lie side by side
2) When you wake up in the morning, don't rise immediately from your bed no matter how pressed you're or late from an appointment you are. First sit up for few minutes with your feet fully touching the floor so that there will be full circulation of blood.
3) When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of warm water before eating or brushing. Remember, the commotion it will cause in your tummy will be quite unfriendly but ignore it and drink up.
4) Once you've taken water go to the toilet and empty your bowel. To save yourself and save others from bad fart that may come from you during the day
5) When you enter the bathroom to bath, please start from your feet while pouring water on your body then move to your laps before your entire body.
6) Curtail or totally avoid taking snacks, carbonated drinks and cold water.
7) Take your bath with hot water.
