Treating Achilles tendinopathy with the electrotherapy combo - shockwave and ultra-sound.
A two week eccentric work progressed with concentric loading exercises on the achilles was very effective in returning patient back to full functions after a 5 week rehab program at the Astella Physiotherapy clinics, Enugu, Nigeria.

UNRAVELING THE ROOTS OF BACK AND NECK PAIN 🤔🦴



Back and neck pain, affecting people of all ages, can stem from various causes. Here's a breakdown:



Mechanical Causes:

Shooting pain down your leg or dull ache? Sciatica is one of the worst types of pain! Some positions may ease it or it can be constant.

Sciatica usually stems from the lower back and can be associated with a bulging or herniated disc issue. It can resolve itself but when it doesn't go away, then we're here to help.

Manual treatments and exercise will sort out most problems, but for unresolved sciatica we use IDD Therapy spinal decompression.
