Shooting pain down your leg or dull ache? Sciatica is one of the worst types of pain! Some positions may ease it or it can be constant.

Sciatica usually stems from the lower back and can be associated with a bulging or herniated disc issue. It can resolve itself but when it doesn't go away, then we're here to help.

Manual treatments and exercise will sort out most problems, but for unresolved sciatica we use IDD Therapy spinal decompression.

This non-invasive treatment targets and decompresses the affected spinal level, easing pressure on nerves and helps you to return to full function.
