Merry Christmas to you all ❤️💖💙💕💚♥️🩷💓🤎🧡💗

Hey papa, another year married to you, and I find myself quietly grateful in ways words don’t always capture. Loving you has been a steady lesson in patience, laughter, grace, and choosing each other even on the ordinary days. You’ve been my safe place, my partner, my friend, and the person who sees me fully and still stays.
Thank you for the love you give so freely, for the support you show in big ways and small ones, and for growing with me through every season. We’ve learned, stretched, prayed, laughed, disagreed, healed, and kept moving forward together. That alone feels like a miracle.
Happy anniversary, my love. I’m thankful for the life we’re building, the memories we’re creating, and the future we’re walking into hand in hand. I’d still choose you, over and over again.

To my very Tall Big teddy bear 💚💓💖💗❤️💛♥️

Is your body inflamed… and you don’t even know it?Let’s break it down👇🏽Inflammation is your body’s natural defense system — think of it as your internal fire alarm. 🔥But here’s the problem: when that fire burns too long, it starts to damage you instead of protect you.✨ There are 2 types of inflammation:1️⃣ Acute – short-term, like when you get a cut or fever.2️⃣ Chronic – long-term, and this is the silent one that causes hormone imbalances, fatigue, bloating, joint pain, and even fertility issues. 😟👩🏽‍⚕️ Chronic inflammation is especially common in women — and most don’t realize it until symptoms become severe.

Have you been hearing about PCOS, and even noticed a few symptoms in your own body?
Irregular periods, acne, weight fluctuations, fatigue, or mood swings?

Well don’t just guess. Test!
Proper diagnosis goes beyond what you feel. It starts with understanding what your hormones are really saying.

Here are a few essential blood tests to consider if you suspect PCOS:
• Androgen levels (e.g. testosterone)
• Insulin resistance markers (glucose, fasting insulin)
• Lipid profile (cholesterol, triglycerides)
• Liver enzymes (to check for fatty liver)
• Ovarian function hormones (LH, FSH, AMH)
• Inflammatory markers (like hs-CRP)
• Vitamin D & B12 levels

Early detection makes healing easier.
Ask your doctor about these tests, track your symptoms, and move toward balance, one informed step at a time.

Estrogen isn’t the enemy—imbalance is.
If you’ve been dealing with mood swings, heavy periods, bloating, or stubborn weight gain…
It might not just be stress or diet. It could be estrogen dominance.

And here’s the thing:
It doesn’t always mean you have too much estrogen—sometimes, you just don’t have enough progesterone to keep it in balance.

This post breaks down what estrogen dominance really is, how it shows up, what causes it, and how to test for it properly.

Hormone awareness is power. Healing starts with understanding.

How These Factors Trigger Inflammation:

1. Leaky Gut
When the gut lining is damaged, particles like undigested food and toxins “leak” into the bloodstream—triggering an immune response and chronic inflammation.

2. Chronic Stress
Stress raises cortisol, which weakens immune function and increases inflammation—especially in the brain, gut, and hormones.

3. Insulin Resistance & Excess Body Fat
When cells stop responding to insulin properly, blood sugar remains high, leading to systemic inflammation and hormonal disruption.

4. Chronic Infections
Unresolved infections (like Epstein-Barr or gut dysbiosis) keep your immune system activated—causing low-grade, constant inflammation.

5. Heavy Metal Exposure
Toxins like lead, mercury, and aluminum can accumulate and disrupt your mitochondria, gut, and detox systems—leading to inflammation.

6. Childhood Trauma
Early emotional trauma can alter the nervous system and immune response, making the body more prone to chronic inflammation and stress disorders.

7. Food Sensitivities
Foods that don’t sit well with your body (gluten, dairy, processed oils) can irritate the gut and immune system—especially when eaten repeatedly.

Healing starts with awareness.
I’ll be sharing deeper insights on how to support your body through each of these root causes in upcoming posts.

Your energy isn’t random, it usually follows your hormones.
Throughout your menstrual cycle, shifts in estrogen and progesterone affect how energized or tired you feel.

Understanding these changes can help you plan better, rest smarter, and work with your body, not against it.
