Possible explanations:
1. Threatened miscarriage(major event mistaken for me**es), 2. Trauma to the va**na( may be during s*x), 3. Severe va**nal infections( like candidiasis), 4. Tumors (like cancer of cervix), 5. Growths (like polyps), 6. ''No pregnancy at all" like a case of a woman who has been looking for a baby for long and her husband is threatening to throw her out of the marriage. She may be faking pregnancy for some months to keep her marriage 7. ''No pregnancy at all" like a case of a woman planning to adopt a baby who may start by letting neighbors know she is pregnant.

A pregnant woman does not menstruate. Any blood coming out from va**na of a pregnant woman is a bad sign and she should immediately seek to consult an obstetrician.
