Sometimes, the effective way to heal, reverse or halt disease progression is to identify and cut off a particular or collection of:

❌Drinks
❌Activities
❌Lifestyles or
❌Environment.

You don't need to wait until you are sick to build your defense system and nutritional reserve.

How do you plan to make a living- money promoting preventive health?

Hello Preventive Health Doctor,
I've got a confession to make in response to your post "take care of your health seriously."

I recently ordered and paid higher for all your wellness guides, and suddenly can't wait to read your post daily.

Truth be said: all the while, i wondered why you do what you do and how you plan to make a living out of it.

I mean, there are more honourable means of living to consider, even within the health industry.

Secondly, I didn't follow through because I thought, your campaign is for sick people.

This changed recently when I got seriously sick and was rushed to the hospital.

I had to travel out to further my treatment and was shock to hear Doctors in Canada recommend what you have been promoting as ways to prevent and regain my health.

A Prophet, is not respected in his home town.

Trust me, you are years ahead of us, don't take it personal if most us don't value the uncommon wealth of wellness you are sharing,

Be focused, you will hatch uncommon reward as people and organisations get to know the loads of uncommon wealth of wellness you have to offer.

I think, i am just one of your secret admirer and advocate....

I personally said same about Peter and Paul Okoye during their defining moments.

I once lived in the City of Jos- there was this day I drove past and saw both of them dancing in the street of Rock Heaven close to their Father's bakery.

Guess what I said as I speed off: "...this guy's should better join their father's business or find something worthwhile to do for a living....

Fast forward to today:
I am not sure if their father's bakery or working for someone else would have profited and fulfilled them financially and personally like music.

Aside transporting oxygen to cellular level, another less talked about significance of exercise is, it provides humans with the ability to face/survive life challenges (like the current cash, fuel scarcity and crimes) and succeed.

Exercise is comparable to inflating the tyres of the human body, thereby, providing the needed ability to:

Most of what we eat and drink, even the assumed 'premium and healthy' may not be ad they say.

They are either altered from source, transit or sales point due to weather conditions.

The worst position to take is to be ignorant!

No matter how hard you try, you can't beat it all, our local food vendors also have unhealthy ways they use to grow or preserve foods.

The good news is, you can cut down your exposure and risk!

Proven ways to cut down exposure are:
1. Be informed - do your due diligence of source, possible risk factors of what you eat and drink,
2. Drastically cut down on genetically modified foods, preserved foods in bottles or cans and,
3. Eat natural - nature or nature friendly foods and drinks.

Proven ways to cut down risk are:
1. Exercise often,
2. Drink water more than anything else and,
3. Be intentional about breathing oxygen during early hours of the day or in nature environment
