TOPIC: *DESTINY RELATIONSHIPS*
⚓Scripture: Proverbs 13: 20. He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! Relationship are God's instruments of introducing a smile on the faces of men. We have been considering various kinds of relationships. Today, we shall yet consider another category of relationship called destiny relationship.

As a matter of fact, the following are relationships that exists among men:
I. General relationships
II. Seasonal relationships (for more details check yesterday's meditation)

III. Destiny relationships: As the name implies, destiny relationships folllows your destiny. These are relationships that are with you as long as you live here on earth!
Examples of destiny relationships are:
A. Marriage relationships
B. Businesses relationships
C. Ministry partners

Our ability to discern persons who they are will largely save us from missing out in this areas of relationship. The unfortunate thing is that most believers don't know this and as such treat every body thesame way rather than investing their lives and times in profitable destiny relationships. The occultic man understand this hence they approach a diviners for everyone that came into their lives to know the mission of that person. Those that will not help them are quickly discharged and they are ready to keep anyone as long as he/she will be beneficial at the long run! There are some destiny relationships that doesn't make sense initially, but if you can discern enough to see tomorrow, you will invest into it and reap the harvest of your investment tomorrow. Don't expect fortune from relationships you have not invested into! Destiny relationships are like a farmer cultivating a crop. He will have to be patient, carry out weeding after planting before expecting a harvest.

*Biblical examples of destiny relationships are:*
A. The relationship between David and the four hundred men that came to meet him in the cave of Adullam(1Sam.22:1-3);
*1 Samuel 22: 2. And every one that was in distress, and every one that was in debt, and every one that was discontented, gathered themselves unto him; and he became a captain over them: and there were with him about four hundred men.*

These are men that God sent to David in the cave of Adullam! They came in their raw, unprocessed status. At this point David couldn't get anything from them! So David began to invest into them and turn them to an army. Most of the battles David fought, these are the men that fought it with him. Bible scholars said, David fought sixty six wars and loss none because this men were with him.

Beloved, how many person has God sent into your life because they have nothing to offer you at the moment and you push them away? There are men God sent them with the king maker anointing but you despise them because you are looking for results from big places. Most of us who are looking up to big name for results are the most frustrated person in Christian Life because we ignore the men sent into our lives. Some of this sent men are your destiny moulder but we ignore them and call them names "local champion"! Some of them are those who minister salvation to us and as soon as we hit breakthrough we throw them away and be looking for big names. The man may not have results that you are looking for but he carries the grace to solve your problem! Don't look down on any one because that which might be termed "good for nothing" at a certain time might be your deliverer tomorrow. Don't disconnect from the grace that God has ordained to help your life and destiny tomorrow. Do you know David would have been killed prematurely if not one of this young men that came to his rescue?.
*2 Samuel 21: 16. And Ishbi-benob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David. 17. But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.*

Observed the Bible speak of Abishai, that was one of the man that came to David as a Debtor. He stayed with David in the cave of Adullam and grew up to be a mighty warrior and one of the top rank officer in David's army. He had been with David for several years as a destiny partner, he was the instruments God used to rescue David from untimely death.

In destiny relationships, you build it with person or people that will eventually become profitable to you in life. This is the reason why it seems some persons who were one time under you rose up to forget you because when you were supposed to make impact and invest into their lives you did not do it and now God has helped them up, even though you may know them before but because you are not part of their growth process, they have the right to forget you. Listen to me child of God: No river forget it's source! Anyone you made a genuine investment into their lives will never forget you no matter how long it is. So when you see potential in men that are hanging around you, help him up and that becomes a long life destiny relationship!

TOPIC: *UNDERSTANDING VARIOUS KINDS OF RELATIONSHIPS*
⚓Scripture: Proverbs 18: 24. A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! In our understanding of man, we said he is a relational being! We went further to look at how important is relationship to us. We discovered relationship is key to accessing the treasure in man as well as it provides us recommendation/endorsement and destiny helpers. Today, we shall be looking at the different kinds of relationships.

*What are the different kinds of relationships that we should know?*
I. Relationship with God being the chiefest of all relationships! (John 3:16). It is often called vertical relationships! It is our relationship with God that determine the success of every other relationships on earth.(Jn.1:12). To reject God is to be dammed forever. This is the first level of relationships.

II. Relationships with the devi(1Kg.22:53)l: Like Ahab had relationship with the devil! There are several persons who are fraternizing with the devil! today, some show it publicly, some secretly. The various confraternity that exists both on campus and streets of our cities are people who are bold enough to show their allegiance to the devil. There are those who sleeps and wake up communing with the devil, some of them serve as priest in various shrines or alters. Some are medium and diviners etc. This is second level of relationships.

III. Relationships between human being(Ruth 2:13): This is the third level of relationships and is also called horizontal relationship. Although our focus is more on the horizontal relationship but there's need for us to mention the first two categories of relationship because there's a way our relationship with spirits (be it the spirit of God or that of the devil) can influence our relationship with mortal men.

*The relationship between human being could be categorize as:*
A. General relationships: It is general because man is created as a relational being! So, general relationship is an attempt to relate with one another beginning with a salutations. There are those who have lost several years of their lives because they ignore relationships at this level. For example, you came to a fellowship and you are asked to exchange pleasantry with your neighbour but refuse because you felt the so called neighbour is not your class, only to discover that person you refuse to greet in church is the one that holds the key to next fifteen years of your life. The one you insulted few days ago is now the one interviewing you for your next job or promotion.

Please understand that all blessings comes from God but it must pass through men! No man can bless you if God has not bless you. However God will not push certain blessing to earth without man, to ignore relationships is to die in suffering and hardships.

Our anchor scripture said
*Proverbs 18: 24. A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.*

You must show yourself friendly if you want people to relate with you! The first protocol of relationship is friendliness! And to be friendly begins with salutations. There are people who have buy their way into the hearts of high and mighty by display of friendliness. A lady was introduced to a particular family as a wife to be to one member of the family, the first shock they received was "that girl that doesn't know how to greet" is not welcome here! Just imagine, they haven't met her and know how good her character is but she is already being condemned because of poor salutations ability..

Another scenerio: a lady that works in the cold room show a high level of friendliness by greetings the gate man at the gate every time she is entering the company and when leaving the premises. So on a certain day, she was trapped inside the door of the cold room. When it was closing time, the usual person was not seen passing with her smile and salutations. The security on duty was informed and they did a search only to find her trapped down by the door almost at the point of death. If not for her salutations nobody would have known she is missing with a sense of urgency. But her friendliness saved her life that day.

B. Seasonal relationships;

~ Father, help me to maintain good salutations and be friendly with people I meet every day in the name of Jesus.

~ I Prophesy restoration of wasted years in the name of Jesus.
~ May the Lord baptized you afresh with the spirit of humility to be able to maintain friendly atmosphere with everyone around you in the name of Jesus.

*Assignment:* Determine to be friendly beginning with your salutations to those around you today.

TOPIC: DESTINY HELPERS - THE BURDEN BEARER
⚓Scriptures: Matthew 27:31-32 (KJV) And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.
And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! In continuation of various types of Destiny helpers; Today, we shall be looking at the burden bearer category of destiny helpers.

*What are the various categories of destiny helpers?*
I. The Informant/Information Provider as destiny's helper!
II The Gate Keepers destiny helpers
III. The gifted men

IV. The burden bearer is the fourth category of destiny helper.
*Who are these burden bearer?*
I. They are people ordain to help you bear your burden through life.
II. Burden bearer are men ordained by God to come to your rescue, preventing you from collapsing under the burden you are carrying.
III. They are people compelled by God to come at the right time to ensure you get help to your destination.
IV. Burden bearer are never tired of helping you. Neither will they complain, murmured or brag around for helping you! They do it with joy.
V. They don't have much but with the little they have they are willing to help you all the way.

*Biblical of example examples of burden bearer*
A. Simon the Cyrene: Matt.27:31-32. He came at the right time to help Jesus bear the burden of carrying the cross? He was a destiny helper to Jesus at the critical time when He was tired of bearing the cross. If Jesus had died on the way to Golgotha, it wouldn't have be complete sacrifice because He has to die on the cross to sealed up our redemption. However on the road to the Calvary/Golgotha, He was already tired and exhausted, fainting under the burden of the cross until someone was compelled to help Him out. This kind of destiny helper is called burden bearer!

Beloved, I don't know what could be your burden right now! I don't know what kind of cross you are carrying right now? I have a good news for you, helpers are coming your way very soon to help you out! It could be the burden of the family, paying bills (house rent, light bill, gas etc), the burden of paying school fee is another issue and then daily feeding for the family all these mount up as a financial burden! All that is needed now is someone to lift up your financial burden! To some other person it is emotional burden as a result of the demise of the love of their lives. And while to others it is health issue that has eaten up all their resources! You will need a destiny helper! Even as a minister of the gospel, without a burden bearer the burden of ministry can kill! Without a helper, life indeed can be be very frustrating. Simeon came to help Jesus on time, so I'm glad to let you know that burden will not kill you, help is coming your way in the name of Jesus.

B. Ruth to Naomi (Ruth 1:16;2-4). Ruth was another burden bearer; she was there for her mother in-law, emotionally, phsycologically and otherwise. She was willing to die where she dies, go wherever she goes! Oh what a daughter in-law! Are you emotionally crushed or lonely? You need a burden bearer. And I pray God will send you one today especially those in need of a spouse in the name of Jesus!

C. Aaron, Joshua and Hur to Moses (Exo.17:10-15). Moses hand was getting tired, hence Aaron and Hur supported him, while Joshua fight on until the Battle was won against the Amelikite!

Beloved, the battles of life required destiny helpers! You can't afford to fight alone. You need men to join forces with you. What battle are you fighting now? You need a burden bearer to fight and win your battles! Stop fighting alone! Life is interesting with burden bearer! With the help of sent men you can still achieve those your lofty dreams that seems impossible right now! You can still get those beautiful vision of yours achieved irrespective of the delay you are experiencing! Only rise up today and begin to call for destiny's helper. That glorious destiny of yours has a helper, but they wouldn't come until you call them forth!

*Remember this:* Heaven is real and hell is real. Those that reject Jesus on earth will regrets it in eternity! Surrender to the Lordship of Jesus today.
*Prayer points* :
~ Father thank you for your word to me today.
~ Father, where ever my destiny helpers is right now, compelled him/ her to locate me today in the name of Jesus.
~ Father, wherever my burden bearers are right cause them to manifest now in the name of Jesus
*Prophetic Declaration:*
~ Those anointed to bear your burden with you in life and ministry, will manifest in hurry from today in the name of Jesus
~ The days of loneliness are over! Received your destiy helper as a spouse now in the mighty name of Jesus!

*Assignment:* Determine, to call forth your destiny helpers in the place of prayer today.

TOPIC: DESTINY HELPERS - THE GIFTED MEN
⚓Scripture :Exodus 31: 2. See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: 3. And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 6. And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! We have been looking at the fact that relationship is a leverage as it provides us with destiny helpers. And destiny helpers are sent men to assist us in our destiny journey. We went on to consider different categories of destiny helpers. And for today, we are looking at the gifted men category of destiny helpers.

*What are the different categories of destiny helpers?*
I. Information giver(informant)
II. The Gate Keepers
For more details check yesterday's meditation.

III. *The Gifted Men;* This is the third category of destiny helpers. This are the class of men who are sent by God to help your destiny with their gifts.

*Who are the gifted men?*
A. They are men with gift/ talent sent into your life or organization to help you achieve your vision.
II. They are skilful men who can birth the vision in your mind.
III. They are men who have the gift to translate a vision in the mind to a world of reality
IV. They are men endowed with wisdom and understanding to assist you to your destination in life.

*Biblical Examples of gifted men*
I. Bezaleel, Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach. (Exo.31:2,6):
When Moses was to build the terbernacle in the wilderness, God had to send the gifted men. Although they were not there when the vision for the building of the terbernacle was given to Moses, yet they were able to design and construct it according to precision!

Beloved, do you know you need gifted men to help you build the kind of organization you desired? That desire ministry of yours can only be build by the ministry of gifted men. There are so many businesses that are crawling or about to die now because there are no gifted men! These are men that step into a company and the company experience a dynamic change! The gifted men are game changer! Their presence is felt every where they turn to. They might not be there when the vision was received, yet they have all it takes to help actualize the vision.

Beloved you need the Gifted Men kind of Destiny helpers! If they happened to be your spouse, your buried talent will be discover, develop and deploy for maximum use.

II. Hiram servants (2Sam.5:11): They came and help David to build his house. This is to let you know that even in establishing a sound home, you need destiny helpers! You are not supposed to do all your domestic work alone! But many have even tried to get maid, a Nany or a cook and have never been lucky to get one good one! Yet you need their service. In the office you need the service of gifted men who you can commit to work and you are rest assured the work will be delivered. You're not supposed to do every thing by your self. Imagine a pastor doing the job of usher, choir, play keyboard and sing, and protocol etc all at thesame time! To enjoy a good sound you need a sound engineer and a good musician! These gifted musician are destiny helpers! Begins to call them today in prayers.

III. Huram (2Chro.4:1-20): When it was time for Solomon to build the temple, he required the service of gifted men! That beautiful edifice that Solomon built was The job of destiny helpers! There is no beautiful life that can be build without a gifted man! Infact many lives and marriages are collapsing now because they lack men who knows their onions to help in building their lives and marriages. When you have bad teachers, bad mentors etc., the outcome is what is presently seen in our society. Many young people are been mentor by men who lack wisdom and understanding so they end up raising people like them. Do you know the worst thing that can happened to a man is to be under a wrong pastor /mentor!

Beloved, there is no vision or destiny that can be build without a gifted man! There is no ministry or organization that can be build without the service of the gifted men! The building of any solid structure depends on gifted men! May you find them in the name of Jesus.

*Remember this:* Heaven is real and hell is real! Where will you spend eternity? Give your heart to Jesus today.

~ Father thank you for your word to me today.
~ Father, send gifted men into my life and organization in Jesus name
*Prophetic Declaration:*
~I prophesy into your life the people you need to arrive at your dream life are coming your way now in the name of Jesus.
~ You will not travel with Jonah in your destiny journey in the name of Jesus.
~ May you not lack gifted men who will go to work while your mind is at rest in the mighty name of Jesus

*Assignment:* Begin to call the gifted men in the place of prayer both into your life and businesses today

TOPIC: DESTINY HELPERS - THE GATE KEEPERS
⚓Scriptures: Ezra 1: 2. Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! Previously, we look at the informant that is the Information Provider Destiny Helpers! Today, we shall consider another category of Destiny Helpers that is referred to as Gate Keepers!

*Who are these Gate Keepers?*
I. They are men/women at the hem of affairs in any institution, organization and Nations!
II. The gate Keepers decide the fate of others within a territory or organization.
III. The gate keepers are men of influence and affluence.
IV. The gate Keepers are men/women whose words are authority
V. They are usually in command of resources

*Biblical Example of Gate keepers:*
A. Cyrus Ezra 1:1-2 Although he is not a Jew, some body we can say he is not a believer, yet he was willing to obey God to build the temple of God in Jerusalem! This is to inform you that; God will not only use a believer to support your vision and your voice! He will also use an unbeliever to accomplish His purpose for your life. Child of God, time has come when you will receive help from people you least expected.

Beloved, the Gate Keepers are anointed to help you achieve your dream for life as it was in the case of Cyrus, he was greatly anointed by God to carry out the task given to him. The Bible said;
*Isaiah 45: 1. Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;*

There are Cyrus God will anoint just to favour your course in life and destiny, but you have to call them forth! Your own gate keepers are men and women whom God will be blessing for your sake and strategically position them just for you. There are those who God will be lifting just to hold your hands and lift you up in life and ministry. It is our relationship with the Cyrus of this generation (the president, the governor, the CEO etc) that determine the ease with which we can achieve our God given vision.

B. Joseph of Arimathaea (Mark 15:43-45). He was also a Gate Keeper as member of the Sahindrin council which is equivalent to the legislature of our time. Although he was a Jew but a honourable one! He was also a wealthy man. He went to Pilate and demanded for the body of Jesus :
*Mark 15: 43. Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counseller, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.*

This was a fulfilment of prophecy of Isaiah "that He will made His grave with the rich" (Isa.53:9) and that "He will be number with the transgressors" (Isa.53:12). Without the help of Joseph of Arimathea such prophecy couldn't have been fulfill! Infact if an ordinary man went to Pilate, he would not have listened to him nor grant him his desire but because Joseph was an authority figure, his voice was highly respected and his request granted.

Beloved, how many times have you tried to do things that are right but nobody listen to you? That is why you need a voice to speak on your behalf. You need an authority figure to stand for you, a legal luminary, president of nation, an army general etc need to throw their weight to back you so that you can achieve that fate cheaply! So that your vision need a honourable man to throw his weight behind you. Sometimes you need the rich and wealthy to accomplish your dreams for life! The captain of industries, the CEO of an organization etc! But you have a part to play, by calling them forth in the place of prayer and ability to maintain sound relationship with them when they show up. There are those who don't struggle to get passport and Visa stamped while others continue to go to Visa office again and again. The difference is whom you had relationship with. Relationships are powerful tool to achieving your set goals.

*Remember this*: Heaven is real and hell is real. The decision to spend eternity with God begins now by being born again. Give your heart to Jesus today.
*Prayer points:*
~ Father thank you for your word to me today
~ Father, as I pray now I call forth my destiny helpers that are gate keepers in the name of Jesus
*Prophetic Declaration:*
~ I Prophesy gate keepers with requisite resources to help you achieve your vision for life show up for you now in the name of Jesus.
~ That voice of authority you need to speak for you to advance your course receive it now in the mighty name of Jesus!

*Assignment:* Call forth your gate keepers destiny helper in the place of prayer today.

MOMENT OF DAILY ENCOUNTER (MODE)

TOPIC: DESTINY HELPERS - THE INFORMANT
⚓Scripture: Ecclesiastes 10: 15. The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter! Yesterday; we established that one reason why we need to maintain relationships is because they provide us with destiny helpers. We went on to introduce the first category of Destiny helpers called the informant. As the name implies informant provides us with information that link us up to our next phase of life! Today we shall be looking at examples of such people that are information providing destiny helpers.

*Examples of information provider Destiny helpers;*
A. A certain man(Gen.37:14-17): This are sometimes an angel in human form. Their assignment is to supply you the needed information for a change of story. They came to the rescue of Joseph while he was wandering in the wilderness(Gen 37:14-17). Wandering in life is inevitable without relevant information. Many of us are stagnated and some wandering because we have exhausted what we know! Listen to this, what you show is what you know! If you know better you will act better and you won't be where you are now. Some of the stagnation and frustration of life is as a result of lack of wisdom! The Bible said:
*Ecclesiastes 10: 15. The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city.*

According to this scripture, you will agree with me that many of us are grounded because we don't know what to do next! That's why we need this category of destiny helpers. The wisdom for a change of story is that man God has sent to you to tell you how and what to do with the next season of your life. Open your heart therefore and recieve him.

Beloved, your own certain man could be a face of a man you don't like; please take the message and never allow it to go, he could be a despise fellow, he could be among your friend but if you can be discerning you will not miss the message. To neglect that certain man is to continue in frustration!

B. The voice of that slave girl (2Kg.5:1-20). Naaman was a captain to Syrian armies but was having a leprosy problem, and the only voice that provides the information for his healing was a slave girl! Just like Joseph informant that provided the needed information for a change of story, so also the slave girl's name unknown! She was only identify by her condition as slave girl. If Naaman feel too big to listen that day, he would died in his leprosy! As an army general, he should have said what can this little girl offer me? The Bible said:
*2 Kings 5: 3. And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.*

Beloved, never you despise any body! The voice that you need could come from your domestic staff. It could come from your driver or cook! It could even come from a devotional such as this! You must therefore be sensitive enough to listen to what God is sending, the vessel not withstanding.

C. The Egyptian slave voice (1Sam.30:10-20): This is another voice that helped David from making a fruitless move. David was a man who has mastered the art of relationship hence what others abandoned he accepted, what others hated he love, what others despise and thrown out he cherish. David pick up the Egyptian slave boy who many of us will have thrown away because we concluded on them as good for nothing boy. Beloved, what have you lost? It can be recovered back if only the Destiny helpers that was sent to you is not neglected. Some of us needs to take care of some person for a while before getting any useful information from that person. Don't bump into someone today and expect to get destiny information. You will need to invest some time and resources to garther information that will help your destiny. There are those God has sent into your family for now as orphan, if you can invest into their future, they may turn out to be your destiny helper tomorrow. Note today, that some destiny helpers will come as raw material that you will need to process to have what you want coming out of them.
