1. When you feel that no one can understand your feelings with your words, keep quiet. ✨

2. When you don't know what to say, if you have doubt about your thoughts and knowledge of certain aspect, be silent ✨✨

3. You don't have to be part of this kind of negativity when someone is criticizing another person. ✨.

4. When someone screams and mutter in anger and hatred, you calm that person down by keeping quiet ✨

5. Be silent when someone else is emotionally sharing some events in their life. ✨❤️

3. Stay busy, don't think about it.

4. You shouldn't feel that way.

Most times these words come out as hurtful rather than helpful 💔

WHO IS A NARCISSIST?? ❌❌❕

Narcissism is a personality disorder known as NPD (NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER) it is when a person has an inflated sense of self importance,
a deep need for excessive attention and lack of empathy for others.

Signs include;

1. They lack empathy ❌
2. They are manipulative ❌
3. They believe they are superior ❌
4. They take advantage of others to get what they want❌
5. They are arrogant and hardly apologize ❌

Narcissism is common among men than women.
NPD is a wide topic.
If you make the mistake of marrying a narcissist, you have started a battle you will never win.

3. Not all of your friends are going to stay with you through the tough times and that's okay.

4. Listen.

5. Cry whenever you need to.

6. Know your purpose.

10. Priorities standing out rather than fitting in.

Hi,
My name is Oreofe, and I am a mental health advocate.

As we all know, there is a considerable neglect of mental health in Nigeria and some other part of the world. It is said that 1 in 4 Nigerians suffer from a mental illness, and those who suffer from this illness are largely stigmatized. 💔

Your MENTAL HEALTH is as important as your PHYSICAL HEALTH 📌
So please don't neglect it.
Mostly mental health issues cannot be seen physically because it is something of the mind and the brain and that is why it is so hard to detect people going through depression, anxiety or any other disorder at all.

So why not get to know more about your mental health. ❤️😊
