There's no such thing that supplements don't work
👉 Who prescribed the supplements for you?
Supplements are not just a fashion item you see on your friend, you like it and you go ahead to get the exact type or you even collect it from the person depending on your relationship😁
You are meant to talk to a licensed health care provider: Your pharmacist before taking any supplements.
He/She will guide you on what exactly to get and use depending on your health needs.
👉👉 Are you using the ones your body needs?
It is not enough that you were prescribed supplements, are you using them? Or the ones your friend is using are the ones entering your eyes.
Remember supplements are not some flashy lace material 🤔🤔

The way antibiotics are used in this our country ehn, it's a cause for alarm.
Patients walk in to buy antibiotics.
Self-acclaimed physicians go ahead to tell people to use antibiotics to flush their systems or to women after their monthly flow.
It has become a big menaace and we have to do right by ourselves to put an end to it.
Thank you for this, maybe our people will understand this issue Yoruba language better 😁
