Hello Health-Lovers...been a while I know.
So based on the fact that the I don't often get responses or feedbacks from you guys I have decided to hold a WhatsApp class on health, wellness and some other things that might be of interest to you. It will be an interactive class where we can get to know each other more and also talk about some health matters
and many more things. I would be dropping constant update for you all till the day finally come.

Nobody ever plans on getting fat/overweighted but it happens because of the absence of a plan to keep fit.

Being overweight or obese increases your chances of dying from hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, respiratory problems, dyslipidemia and endometrial, breast, prostate, and colon cancers.
Trust me no one wants that and the people that hate it the most are those that it happens to. They then try to cut down in meals and sometimes exercise, they get frustrated when they don't see results and just give up on their health and happiness sadly.

Physical activity can help prevent or delay certain diseases, including some cancers, heart disease and diabetes, and also relieve depression and improve mood. Inactivity often accompanies advancing age, but it doesn't have to. Like exercise, your eating habits are often not good if you live and eat alone. It's important for successful aging to eat foods rich in nutrients and avoid the empty calories in candy and sweets.

'I don't want to check my blood pressure cause it will make me worried.'
'There's no one in this world whose BP is not high.'
'I don't think or stress so my BP can't be high.'

This are frequently heard phrases that we hear from people when we advice them to check their BP.

Your BP is affected by what you eat, drink, think, do and even just the hereditary factor(maybe inherited from your parents.'

Try as much as possible to check your BP often.
If it's constantly high you should see a doctor for proper diagnosis because high BP can lead to a lot of other problems like stroke or heart attack.

Checking your blood pressure daily is an easy way to look after your health.
*The normal range that your blood pressure should be at is at least 90/60 and at most 120/80.
*Your blood pressure being a bit low is better than it being high but ultimately it's best when it's between the healthy range.

Alcohol is not a bad thing when taken in controlled quantity.
Over time, excessive alcohol use can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious problems including: High blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, and other diseases.
Do well for your health to avoid excessive consumption of alcohol. Too much is too bad!!!

Alcohol is basically the fermentation of some fruits and vegetables whose end product is basically sugar. And if you've gone through my former posts you'll see clearly stated that sugar is quite dangerous to the health!
