Mango: A KILLER FRUIT?
Mangoes are not only delicious but very nutritious. They serve as alternatives to junk and unhealthy snacks. Mangos have lots of nutritional benefits including vitamin C, protein, fiber, potassium, protein, calories, sugar etc. it could be used as weight control because it is rich in phytochemical cells and this may suppress fatty acids and fat related genes. Another study shows that mango peels inhibits the formation of fatty acids in the body system.
However, mangos could be detrimental to our body system. The following below has been scientifically proven to be the adverse effect of mango to humans.
Cancer: Did you know that due to bad economy and the greed of the market women many mangoes are not mature enough for consumption but they are forcefully ripened by calcium carbide. Weight gain: mango contains a lot of calories, averagely a mango contains about 135 calories. For people who wants to lose weight, excessive consumption of mango is not the answer, high consumption will hinder our weight loss plan. Time if consumption should also be considered. Eating mango 30 minutes before the work out is really very good for your body.
Bad for digestion: large consumption of immature mango leads to indigestion. Avoid eating immature mangoes.

For the rest of your daily intake, consider higher fiber, lower sugar options like citrus, apples, or berries that provide a range of nutrients and benefits.
