We had plans for a beautiful get-together celebration 🥂🎊, but just when we were ready to rejoice — the enemy struck 🛑🔥.

Mrs. Yinka Adekunle travelled to Lokoja on official duty. She was supposed to spend 5 days there, but as fate would have it, the programme wrapped up in just 3️⃣ days. Due to phone issues 📵, she couldn’t reach her husband to inform him, so she decided to return home — unannounced. 😏

As she stepped into the house 🏡, her children ran to her excitedly, chatting away. Then one of them innocently said,
"Mummy, Daddy has a visitor... Aunty has been staying here since you left!" 😳

Her heart skipped a beat.
"Visitor?? Aunty?? Staying here??" 😤

Trying to stay calm, she asked where the woman was.
"In the visitor’s room," they said.

She tiptoed quietly and peeped 👀...

Lo and behold! The lady was there, cool and relaxed, even tying Mrs. Adekunle’s own wrapper 😮‍💨

Her anger started boiling 💢... but she held it in. Instead of reacting, she calmly walked to the kitchen 👩🏽‍🍳 and set her very large kettle on the fire 🔥.

As the water was heating up, guess who drove in?
Mr. Adekunle himself 🚗💨

He strolled straight to the visitor’s room like a movie scene and called out loudly:
“My love, I’m home!” ❤️

Mrs. Adekunle heard that and said to herself:
“Today... I must show this man pepper!” 🌶️🌶️🌶️

She picked up the boiling water — very hot water o! 🥵

And used it to make eba 😄

Yes o! She made eba for three:

One for herself 🍽️

One for her darling husband 🥰

And one for her sweet mother-in-law who had also come visiting 😂

You sef, don’t dull — your plate is ready too! 😋
