Let’s kick off the week with some important health reminders:

What you eat today determines your energy, focus, and immunity.
Choose balanced meals with fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
Say NO to excess sugar, processed foods, and skipping meals.
Tip: A healthy breakfast fuels your body for the day. Don’t skip it!

Water helps flush toxins, boost energy, and maintain clear skin and mental focus.
Aim for 6–8 glasses a day, more if you’re active or it’s hot out.
Tip: Carry a reusable water bottle with you as a constant reminder.
